McDonald's

Been twice now and they’ve always been super professional and kind. Food is warm and our orders have not had any mess ups. There was a snafu with the app that we ordered through and we called to get it fixed and they said it was no problem and that they’d fix it on their end. Really happy with their customer service.

Krista was incredibly patient with us and so helpful at the window!! They were waiting on hash browns, so we pulled to the side. The young kid running out the food wasn’t paying any attention to the tickets, and ran out the wrong food twice and forgot drinks for both us and the car next to us. Another lady came out, fixed everything and even upgraded our coffee.

Food it's McDonald's what can you say. Service socks. Order completely wrong. Burgers just slapped together. 1 burger 🍔 the top bun was hanging out of the box. It was just gross. The staff at the window 🪟 was nice.

Stopped on our way home to Minnesota from West Yellowstone today. I wouldn't usually review a McDonalds, but I just wanted to saw the MOD was awesome and was doing a great job. It was busy over lunchtime and she was being positive and encouraging to the team, and helping with orders as we waited for our food. She apologized for our wait, which was no problem. But I just felt the need to post something positive and let the team know they were doing a great job. Thank you! And piping hot fries on top of it. 😉

Service was not bad. Food was hot. Would come back and eat. Restroom were clean. However, as of 10/15/22 they are currently all out of adult happy meals!

We pulled up to window and read the note and thought it would be a long wait, but our order got taken right away.
We asked for 2 sandwiches, 1 plain and 1 not, fresh fries, and a 10 piece nugget. We got fresh fries, nuggets, and our sandwiches were correct, plus it was like 30 minutes til close..
Our food was amazing, hot, and fast. thank you!!

The store is clean and there's usually an employee keeping tables wiped and floors swept. The employees are friendly the wait was minimal. The food was hot and cooked to order. The drive-thru is a double one with two open lanes. Definaly will continue to stop there when in Miles City.

We ordered beverages and ice cream treats for the road. Drive through was pretty busy and to prevent us from waiting for the other vehicles to get their food, the employees gave us our items at the window where they generally just take the money. It was much more efficient and I appreciate their thoughtfulness.

I enjoy the fast service and polite staff at McDonald's. The food is prepared at a great speed and is usually pretty good. When the fries are fresh they're to die for lol. The prices are usually fairly inexpensive. Had computers where the kids could play on and do different activities. My 5 year old enjoyed that!😊😊😊 So if your in a hurry or just want a place to go with the kiddos I recommend this place!

If you order on the app and select curbside pickup, you can stand in the curbside pickup parking spots (3 or 4) and they'll bring the food to you.

Pretty standard for a McDonald's EXCEPT the employees are super friendly! It's actually really nice, especially in an imdustry where we all just expect them to act as beaten down as they probably are. My orders have always been accurate and they're always masked.

On the morning of 10-10-15 after traveling almost non-stop from MN to get to our son in MT who was in the ICU, we stopped to get a quick breakfast. When we pulled up you had a couple of buses and the inside was full of people. We could not wait that long and after placing our order we asked if there was any way to rush us out the door. The young man talked to his manager and within minutes we were out. I truly want to thank you for helping us as we were is such a rush/ panic. Thankfully our son is with us today! Thanks again for going out of your way to take care of your customers!

Thanks for the meal today! The sausage burritos were bangin, the frapp was exactly what I needed on this toasty day!

It was April 27th around lunch time and my first visit to McDonald's in about 25 years. I had just read an article in the NYTimes food section about how to create an authentic Filet-O-Fish® sandwich, always my favorite McDonald's menu item. The last time I had one, it was about a buck and a half. I decided it was time for a genuine Filet-O-Fish®! Now it's $3.99, but you can get two for $4.99. So I ordered two at the drive-thru and went to window #1. There was nobody there so I moved to window #2 and was notified by the girl there that I should have paid back at window #1. She apologized and took my credit card back to #1, came back to #2 with my receipt and apologized again for the mixup, and then handed me my food with a beautiful smile and another apology for the confusion. Please thank her for me!

We had group of 11 of us. Three tour staff and 9 travelers with handicap and disability. We were welcome right away and the people waited on use were very special. They brought our food out to. It wss all hot and correct. A lady name Rhonda came back and asked if there was any she could help us with. Rhonda was even interest if our clients vacation and talk to all. Very nice and friendly . Hats off to Rhonda and all we made everyone feel Special. Thank you

You ask, why 5 stars? I'll tell you why. I asked for crispy bacon, and I recieved. I asked for a side of Mac sauce with my breakfast at 630am, and I recieved. Alot of McDonald's will not give you mac sauce during breakfast hours, I cooked for 10 years before getting my CDL and thats just laziness. So thank you for a great experience.

The morning crew seemed really nice. The two at the front, the guy and the girl, we're really helpful. It wasn't too busy so the service was quick, friendly and in a clean environment. 👍👍👍
