Miles City Hotel

Good stay with our family. The pool and hot tub are nice, fun and clean. Kids had fun there. The rooms are a little small, but made it work for us. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. Staff are friendly and helpful! Thanks! One place to remember when we travel through again. Right off the interstate.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! And the staff was amazing! They also had chicken soup for dinner and we got a gift bag on our door full of snacks before we left! 10/10

Clean rooms. Clean pool/hot tub. Staff and customer service are exceptional. That alone, I would stay here again! Breakfast good, coffee also great. Nothing to complain about.

I travel the entire state for work and have stayed in almost every major and minor town/city at least once. This was one of the better experiences I've had a hotel. Very comfy, quiet, and clean for what it is. Breakfast was great for a hotel, not cheap junky food per the usual and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Absolutely staying here again next time Im passing through.

One of the nicest accommodations for the price of which we have ever been guests. Sooooo clean and great breakfast...and complimentary bottled water 24/7. Extremely fair pet fees and incredibly kind staff.

*one suggestion-- identify the hotel name as both MC Hotels and Miles City Hotels online. We called from a gas station nearly next door but had difficulty finding the hotel (and circled the roundabout as well as crossing back and forth under the freeway) while searching for Miles City....not realizing that the signs read "MC" (it was really late and we'd been driving a looonng time.)

Very impressed. The sweet older lady at the front desk was so nice and so helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Breakfast was very actually very good. We had eggs sausage and made our own yogurt bowls with lots of toppings. Was very happy that there were some good high protein foods vs most hotels with just muffins and waffles. Will definitely stay here every year on our way to our annual family reunion. 10/10 would recommend if staying in Miles City!

Stayed for work. Clean comfortable rooms and free hot breakfast

We stayed in one of the suites, which is in a separate building than the standard hotel rooms. The room wasn't super large, but it was big enough for our family of 4. There was fruit infused water out 24/7 which was a really nice touch. They have juices, bottled water, coffee, and cereal available 24/7 also, and it is all complimentary! There was a restaurant right across the street that delivered, and it was right off the expressway so great location! The pool was very warm, and everyone was extremely friendly. The hot items at breakfast were delicious, and the fresh fruit bar was a nice surprise! The only downfall was that it was pretty noisy outside of our room really early in the morning, I'm assuming when they were getting breakfast set up. We would absolutely stay again!

Very clean and the entire facility smelled clean! Staff was very friendly, beds comfortable and rooms nicely appointed. Hot breakfast and fruit bar was surprisingly good, and even served by staff. Complimentary snack bag even left on our doorknob! Stayed here years ago when it was a Holiday Inn Express, it’s now much better, the new owners have raised the bar considerably!

The overall hotel and my room were immaculate, staff was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable one I've had in a hotel, ever. I will definitely stay here every time I come through.

In this post covid quarantine/lockdown world we currently find ourselves in, where it seems no one wants to work anymore. It was very nice to stay at a hotel where the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the pool/spa were excellent. The continental breakfast was one of the better breakfasts I've had at any hotel since the pandemic. I certainly get what I paid for during my stay there. However, nobody is perfect. The only thing I experienced was the vanity light gave me a little issue with not turning on one time, one day. Over a five day stay, I really shouldn't complain about that. But there you have it. My experience was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Was a great experience staying there... the beds were amazing, the breakfast was awesome! They have omelet ingredients with a omelet maker, waffle maker, it was great.. the hot tub is great!! The pool was kinda cold but still decent.

Rooms were very nice, hot tub seemed like a warm tub but they have cookies and infused water for guests. Their breakfast spread is the best I've ever had. It was a bit pricey but if you like a great breakfast it is probably worth it.

Great value: Cookies upon checking in. Clean room, First real breakfast at a hotel for over a year with 6 fresh fruits none were bananas or apples. Real Bacon-thick crispy from MT pork, real eggs too. Lovely pool. A nice little bag with snacks for the road. Registration, breakfast, and cleaning staff all had warm/welcoming personalities. Also and very important to me, you get a key to a terrific gym in town to workout at!!!

Loved this hotel!!! Quirky inside with it's decor, the bed was huge & comfy, nice little amenities in the room (easy to use coffee maker, pretty nice soap/shampoo), had a little hot breakfast in the AM (waffle, sausage and fruit). We wished we had time to use the jacuzzi/pool but didn't have enough time!

The breakfast was similar to other places, but the eggs and sliced sausage were so much better than others.

My experience here was exceptional from start to finish. Modest and understated rooms which convey some comfort of the plains. The staff were truly exceptional as well. Poor belabored Larry. Handled it like a champ. Breakfast was awesome!

Very competitive rate when traveling with a dog. Room was clean and comfortable. There a reason we've stayed her 4 or 5 times on our drives to visit family out west!

Nice and clean place to stay. Convenient to I-94. Comfortable room. Nice and helpful staff. Reasonable cost laundry.
