We had a very pleasant experience with Ruby Mountain Motors since the beginning. I initially looked at the truck I liked through the internet and sent my info so they could reach out to me. It took less than a minute and I received a call from them. We ended up buying the truck, they have very nice cars & trucks. They were also very nice and helpful.

My daughter was looking to buy her very first car. Miguel was awesome to work with and found my daughter something just right for her. Highly recommend Miguel and Ruby Mountain Motors!!

We purchased my wife’s dream rig (Bronco in Anti-Matter Blue color) from out of state. Jeremy was amazing with making us feel like we were there when we viewed the vehicle with him over FaceTime and answering all our questions before we decided to purchase. He was also great with communication along every step of the way and very prompt and time we needed anything.

Mike helped us finance part of the buy quickly and pain free. He was also awesome to deal with.

I have been looking for my next family car for several months. I received an alert online about some new cars and was pleasantly surprised that they were still in inventory at Ruby Mountain Motors. I stopped by the dealership for a test drive and to get a sense of dealership personality. The lot is smaller, which I prefer, but the selection was great. I worked with Kellen who was easy to work with, straight forward and upfront about the options. I appreciated how they laid out the financing options and never made me feel pressured. They went out of their way to make sure the vehicle had everything I needed including replacing really worn tires with high quality option that works great for where I live. I found the perfect car for my family and feel like I got a good deal and was set up with great financing. I will be using them again to buy my husband’s next pickup when it’s time.

The associates are friendly, polite and professional. They went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. There was no pressure. They also have an awesome coffee machine which I made good use of. I would recommend these guys any day of the week.

Best service in town. Friendly and no pressure sales staff. Always have great inventory and great selection on larger pickups and SUVS. We have bought a few rugs from them and when they haven't had it on the lot they have worked for us and found it for us and kept us in the loop while they where searching for the vehicle were wanting. Ourast vehicle was an AT4 Yukon we wanted with specific features.

Kellen went above and beyond for me in my trade in experience. I was backwards in my truck, but he gave me a deal no one would pass up without any hassle to me. I've known what vehicle I've wanted for YEARS now. Every car dealership in Twin Falls has tried to get me into a lease option or sell me a vehicle I didn't want. I took a chance with Kellen at Ruby Mountain and it paid off! I told him exactly what I wanted and he found it! He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want.
