Miles City Hotel & Suites

One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had! The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Very soft bed and every linen had a nice clean smell. Would recommend this to anyone passing through and will definitely stay again.

My room was very clean and well kept. The pool was a pleasant temperature and the hot tub was comfortable as well. Not too much chlorine as sometimes can be the case. Close to the highway, diesel/gas station, and a steakhouse. By far a much better value than some other more expensive hotels I’ve stayed at. Sorry for lack of photos as I didn’t plan to leave a review until after I left.

My family stays in a lot of hotels- as my husband travels for work, and we like to go with him. This hotel was by far the best! Every single member of staff was kind, the pool was nice and warm, and the breakfast was delicious! We stayed for 4 nights, and it was a great experience the entire time.

Even when we had a problem arise with our room, they were so kind and handled it very well.

Stay here!! From the warm and friendly check in to the sweet little snack bag when we checked out, this hotel was perfect! The beds were very very comfortable, room was spotless and the awesome breakfast came with a smile and friendly hearing from Lori. We stay in a lot of hotels and even tho this property is a little older you can see the dedication and effort the owner and staff puts in to make your stay the best. Thank you!!

Booked this hotel kind of last minute as we planned our drive home to Minnesota from California. Reviews were good so we booked and the hotel did not disappoint.

It is very close to the highway but not too close that you hear noise all night. The staff and hotel was great. They had cookies at check in and breakfast was included and was really good.

I didn't use the pool but the pool area was steaming hot like a sauna and would have been soo nice to relax in if I had my trunks.

The Room was clean and the only thing I could think of that would be constructive is that the TV's entertainment center/desk is very low. It is lower then the bed height and it is easy for a child to reach up to the tv.

The hotel is very close to numerous businesses and was just a great stay and location. Would be back if passing through again.

Everything about this place is just perfect! We we're heading back home to Bismarck, ND after a week long vacation in Glacier Park. We decided to hold up for the night so I started searching Google reviews. MC Hotel & Suites lived up to every great review I had read! Joe took my call and was so helpful and friendly! The hotel is so clean and cozy! The pool area is great and the beds are super comfy! We loved all the extra amenities! They had complimentary homemade soup, cookies and snacks in the lobby until 11pm and a fun gift bag left on your door in the morning for checkout! Also, the breakfast buffet and fruit bar were perfect before hitting the road! Everyone we encountered were super friendly and helpful! We stayed at several hotels on this trip and this was by far our favorite! Highly recommend!👍👍

Excellent service.
While in Montana a snow storm pushed us out of the mountains. The staff were friendly while last minute booking. Once checked in the staff were still Friendly and knowledgeable about the cities resources where to eat and what not. They had soup in the evening for guests to eat. The continental breakfast was great. All in all great place.

If you’re looking for the best hotel in Miles City, this is it. The hotel staff are incredible, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious.

Room felt fairly spacious, very clean, good breakfast

The service is what makes this hotel amazing. We had adjoining rooms that were very nice and had everything we needed, but all of the “extras” (soup and snacks in the lobby when we got there, a delicious homemade breakfast, snack bags for the car left on our door handle on checkout day, etc) and the absolutely amazing people who were kind and helpful, made this a place we will continue to come back to!

Would five more than 5 stars if I could!!Stayed here with hubby for 4 days and loved it! The hotel is very nice, rooms are very clean & comfortable, staff are very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast is free and was served to us by one of the employees. She was great, personable and funny! We will definitely stay here again if in the Miles City area.

The following is very true, so keep reading: This was THE best hotel I've stayed in, in the USA. That's no joke. The staff were respectful, courteous, and one staff member in particular went out of his way to ensure my safety. I was very pleased with my stay here. I say 'in the USA' because I've stayed in hotels overseas. Most overseas hotels have different standards. So, I come to expect lesser standards in American hotels. But this place shocked me in the best way possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone passing through town or coming to visit relatives in Miles City. And this is for real everyone - I never met a staff so friendly. Thanks again to the staff member who helped me out of a bind. You know who you are and I won't forget it.

What a gem! We arrived around 10pm. They had complimentary hot soup and drinks. They also sell $3 beers. Room and pool are nice and clean. Breakfast is amazing with local bacon. They even put a gift bag with snacks outside of your room when you checkout. And staff is very friendly.
It’s unbelievable for this price. They do a wonderful job.

Our room was clean and the bed was the perfect balance of soft and firm. Breakfast was outstanding: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, juices, milk, six kinds of fresh fruit and homemade bread pudding. Lori was in charge of breakfast and was very cheerful and friendly. We even got a little bag of goodies left on our doorknob. Even though you can hear traffic, it wasn't loud enough to keep me awake last night.

This is the place to stay in Miles City. Nice clean rooms, delightful friendly staff, good hotel breakfasts prepared by a wonderful friendly lady every morning. Gentleman at the front desk is a great and helpful source of local knowledge and information as well. Stay here if you are in town.

Right off the interstate but far enough to be quiet. Comfortable, clean rooms with the best staff you could hope for. The pool and hot tub are clean and warm. They don't try to keep you out of the pool by leaving it a frigid temps. The breakfast is delicious and better than most restaurants. The options for drinks are plentiful and you won't be disappointed with your stay here.

We were driving from Seattle to Wisconsin and got in past midnight. The thing that stood out to me the most was the kind man working at the counter said “We’re glad you made it here safe.” You don’t hear that at every hotel.

We woke up in the morning to a goodie bag on our door handle with chips, cookies, sunflower seeds, and a tire pressure gauge. I felt so safe and at home here. If we do this trek again, we will absolutely stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. After an exhausting all-day drive with a 14 month old baby, it was the little things that made us glad we chose to stay at Miles City Hotel instead of a chain. First, they let us check in early as the room we booked was already available. Second, there was hot soup, cookies and bottled water for free in the lobby. I can’t tell you how nice it was to not have to drive out again to go find water and a snack after we arrived. Third, the towels were actually soft, unlike the sandpaper you usually find at hotels. It is true that the furniture and decor is dated and yes, there was a black line on the TV screen because it is left on the guide channel, but I didn’t really mind. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast in the morning was ok. Not really any hot options for vegetarians but that would be strange to expect in Montana. There was egg casserole, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, bread and bagels and lots of room to sit as well. They also left a little bag of goodies on the room door for us to find as we left. I found that to be a thoughtful touch. I’ve stayed at much more updated hotels and have had much less enjoyable experiences at those places. Oh, plus they provide towels for you at the pool so you don’t have to bring the ones from your room down.
