Pro-Masters of Magic Valley

I use Pro-Masters for both my home and business. The folks at Pro-Masters are always professional and prompt. Casey and his crew are able to work around our days of production at work to get the office carpets, stone floors and tile floors cleaned and waxed. Work has high traffic areas that get heavy buildup and after they finish the carpets and floors they look almost new.Floors always looks good after they come in. I have personally used Pro-Masters at my home and it all started when our home flooded here a few years ago when we had the horrible winter in Twin Falls. We were flooding before 6 AM and Casey was at my house 20 minutes after I called him to see what they could do. Casey and his team saved my family Thousands of dollars by helping us clean up and get the river of water coming into our home back outside.. We use him often to come to our home and clean our carpets. His knowledge of the industry is amazing and we will continue to use him at home and my work. Highly recommend Pro-Masters of the Magic Valley. Good folks to work with.

Very professional. They will do what it takes to help. We use them every year to either clean the carpets at our office or spot cleaning. They do what they say they will do and the carpets look great.
