Many days, during busy times, there is an attendant there that can help with any issues that might arise. When an attendant isn’t there, there is a number to call, and they have been friendly and responsive the couple of times I’ve had to call. There is a bathroom for customers to use that is always clean and stocked with soap and paper towels. The best laundry in town!

Under new owner, Mike and he's doing a great job with updating the system so you no longer have to mess with quarters, just purchase the card with your amount by either cash or CC debit & your good to go. A little extra just save for the next time. Very friendly as well to assist you with the new experience.

I appreciate the fact I am able to wash my clothes there. I had met Windy, and Mike they are very friendly and kind. Helped me when I had stains on my clothes on what I should use to get them out. The people that I have met while going to this laundry matt are very kind and certious. They won't make you feel uncomfortable. Their also upgrading it which makes it easier to wash clothes. They put a card reader where you can load money on it and if you don't use all what you load3d on it you can save it for the next wash. The price is reasonable as well. If you forget laundry they do sell detergent and stuff. They have vending machines as well if you do get hungry or thirsty. Also they post stuff on a board from the area or around the area. Went to do my laundry, I had quite a bit to do. It was not busy and I enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the morning. Finished in a couple of hours and headed back home to put away my clean clothes.

Very clean and nice equipment. The machines are newer and I didn't see a single one out of order. Especially compared to some of the other laundromats in the valley that are dirty and have a lot of broken down machines, this one is a palace. The owner is onsite and really nice and helpful. Definitely going there for now on.

I frequently have a heavy comforter or rugs I wish to clean, and I always bring them here. ALL their machines are new and very clean. The entire established is EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN...the vending machines, ATM and coin machines are all relatively new and always in good working condition. The restroom is multi-gender and exceptionally clean, with a single locking door. The proprietor is nearly always there, and can generally be found cleaning and tidying this always clean and tidy place. Though I don't come here a great deal, I do come to launder large items about every 5-6 weeks. I have NEVER found it messy or anything but scrupulously clean; and the proprietor is always smiling and kind. As laundromats go, this one is unparallelled in the city. Handicapped Parking is close by and while the door is not automatic, there is always someone there to assist. It is an excellent establishment, frequented by friendly, kind people.

Huge Rave to the owner!!! I got their close to 8 pm last night as they close at 10 pm. Granted I had 2 large loads in the dryers and still had to fold them before leaving. The owner came in close to time to lock the doors. granted I do have chronic back pain due to my L4 being stuck forward. So that alone made my time much slower folding all my laundry. Got it done. on my way back from loading it all into my truck. I handed him the laundry basket. I thanked him and told him I truly appreciate they had AC and a bathroom and 2 extra large washing machines. He was the most pleasant nicest owner hands down any laundromat has ever had. My new place to do my laundry for sure. I thanked him and told him definitely giving him and his wife a 5 star review. Very clean as well. ☺☺☺

Was wondering why or how a laundromat had so many reviews hyping the owner. Then I came here. Turns out the sweetest lady ever is here to help with anything. So I left this review. I’m now someone that reviewed a laundromat.

Best washer and dryer I have been to

Dropped clothes off when granddaughter was on bedrest during pregnancy. Lady was extremely nice. Clothes were washed and folded same day. Very reasonable price too.

It is clean and the owner is very nice..

Pretty decent place. Price is fair on everything. $1.00 per package of whatever you need. Around $2.00 for a big wash, and .25cents for 10 minutes of dry time.

I have used JW Laundry for about 18 months. My weekly towels and sheets are so fresh and clean. My laundry is sorted and folded and ready for me to store. The owner is very friendly and her laundromat shows her business pride. Clean counters, clothes baskets, and seating. She is extremely helpful and I just take my laundry in an pick it up when done. Rates are very affordable for this full service. Or, you can do your own. All machines are in working order and plenty of product available if needed. JW is deserving of an A++++

The Manager/attendant was friendly and very helpful.
The facilities were clean and orderly. The equipment was working properly and any problems were resolved quickly and completely.
Loved the Air conditioning and TV/Wi-Fi access! Close to shopping, places to eat,

This has been by far the best laundromat I have used here. It is clean, has vending and soda machines for when you want a little snack, tv to watch while waiting on laundry, ladies were nice, and my clothes have not come out as fresh and nice smelling as they have here.

I’ve been coming to this place for three years and it is always clean, beyond what you would think most laundromats should be. The owners go above and beyond to keep this fantastic atmosphere. Thank you guys for everything you do.

It was very clean & lots of machines. The nice lady even cleaned the machines we were going to use!

I live in Twin Falls and I was always struggling finding a good laundry to wash my clothes, until i found you guys.. you are simply the best of taking care of your business, the washing machines are always maintained the dryers are always in service .. even if there's one out of service you repair it immediately. coming to JW laundry is the best experience.
