Love Wilson Bates, we have shopped there for many years. Jeanie Ivy is amazing. She goes out of her way to provide "Quality Customer Service" and that's hard to find these days. We have been so happy with her and how kind and helpful she always is when we are looking for furniture. She isn't pushy, doesn't try to sell you something you're not interested in, or that costs more money like lots of sales people at other places do. We can browse by ourselves if we want and ask questions after, or she will walk with us. Either way, she gives us space, and I feel she is honest and cares about her customers. If you're looking for furniture, appliances, lamps, ect, go see Jeanie, tell her Mary Thompson sent you, I'm confident she will treat you the same. I had the best experience at Wilson bates. My furniture came in a timely manner and the Delivery drivers were the best!! They brought my furniture through my window as it won’t fit through my door and they made Sure to put a blanket down to not scrape my couches. They put them together for me and were fast and efficient. Those guys need a raise!! Thank you Wilson Bates and Brenda Meck for my awesome couch!!!

We've been researching electric fireplace/TV stands and aren't wanting to order a kit and have to assemble it. This store had two in stock and Amy was the perfect sales person. Not pushy and knocked the price down for a blemish. Easy shopping experience.

I called ahead & visited with Doug Guymon in the Appliance Department to let him know what I was looking for & by the time we got there, he had a couple options picked out for us! Doug was very knowledgeable about the refrigerators we looked at & made a decision fairly quickly. We really appreciated his knowledge & efforts to help us. I would highly recommend seeing Doug if you're looking for appliances, he's your man to see!

Our washing machine died all of a sudden. Desperate to replace it we hit the major box stores, and then went to Wilson Bates. They beat the competition by 15%, and always have excellent customer service!

They were quick to help and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. We bought a floor model display mattress that was discontinued and they cleaned it then encased it in plastic for us.
They even allowed us a few extra days before picking it up because we only had our car at the time.

Have been doing business here for years. Appliances, beds, furniture. I do recommend the financing if you can't pay cash. Good associates work there, very helpful. I recommend.

Amazing customer service! Sales lady Amy was knowledgeable and patient. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Brenda was absolutely the best with my mattress purchase. She got me a full refund on my old mattress that was only five years old and still under warranty. She went the extra mile for me. Great store and I highly recommend this store to anyone seeking furniture and appliances.

First if all; Great place, great staff, overall great experience. We probably layed on over 30 beds all around town and Wilson bates had the best most affordable selection. Aubrey, was awesome to say the least. She was friendly and informative and she listened to both my wife and I's dumb jokes and important concerns. 100% will return. We 💘 our mattress, such a fun and stress free experience.

I will avoid online shopping and big box shopping if I can. Shopping at Wilson Bates is so stress free. They have a nice assortment of what you will need for your home. There is no pressure and they make it so easy.

Always very knowledgeable on there furniture

My husband and I have been doing business with Wilson Bates for twelve years now. Today they delivered a mattress to our home that had some damage on it from the factory. It came wrapped in plastic so I could tell that it was a factory issue. Before I could call the store to ask how we could work out the damage, they had already called my husband to tell him that they would be delivering a new mattress tomorrow. This kind of customer service is RARE these days. You can be sure that I will continue to give them ALL of my furniture business in the future.

We've always had good service at Wilson Bates. Staff is friendly and helpful, but they don't hover while you browse. I appreciate that!
