They did a wonderful repair job in a very timely matter. My car came out cleaner than it went in- such a nice surprise!!

My family was traveling thru Miles City on the interstate and my exhaust broke off of my pickup. This was on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to squeeze me in and get us rolling again so we could enjoy our weekend. Great work, reasonable price, and excellent service.

A group of us came into town for about a month for work, and needed a rental car. The crew at Jack's made sure we weren't only in a brand new car, but catered to our needs in regards to how large of a vehicle we needed. For a town of ~8,500, they had a decently large inventory of vehicles for us to choose from.

At one point I had to drop a car off and get back to the job site and the employees went far above expectations by offering me a ride fr their shop to my job. What a commendable group. You don't find this kind of customer service in many places.

Great business. Drove in and service was done on my truck on the spot for a better than reasonable price. Jack is a great man. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Miles City, MT area.

I have been going to jacks for exhaust work since 2005 with several different vehicles and have always had a great time with the team there. Only had one bumper replacement but it was fast and easy. Highly recommend giving them a visit.

Unfortunately, I had an accident a few months ago. I brought the car in to Jack’s to get it fixed up last week. As a college student, I wanted minimal/only necessary repair to save my wallet a bit. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the repair they made. Jack’s has the greatest service and keeps the customer’s best interest at mind.

Had our car fixed here, the repair took about 5 days and in the mean-time they let us borrow a car to get us around town while we waited. The repair on the car was outstanding and it now looks as good as new. I highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Miles City area who needs body work done.

I was not aware that he does not work on exhaust manifolds. But he did pull my truck up and took a look at my whole exhaust system and gave me a great recommendation to 5ake my truck to get the repairs done. I will definitely be doing business with this business in the future.

David came to our rescue as my daughter and I broke down on our way to California. He was very kind, and trustworthy, helped us find a good hotel in the area, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best deals, and got to our destination safely.. Highly recommend.

I knew Jack as a little kid, and am so pleased to know that his shop is still in operation, as I'm planning to move back to Miles after a 55-year absence. Good, honest repair shops are becoming fewer and fewer. Where we live now, you can't even trust the auto dealerships any more. Sad to have to say this, but every word is true.

These guys are top notch! I've had auto body work done here, rented cars from them and am renting two storage units from them. This is the only place to in Miles City! They have a very professional team that takes care of their customers.

The staff was professional and very good at there jobs. I was in and out in less then half an hour getting a repair estimate on my vehicle. I will use the again and recommend then to others.

Thay are always fair, when your vehicle is in for a repair. They are honest about all the work that's going to need done and arrange for you to have a loner whenever possible. Breast of all they offer payment options that meet EVERYONES NEEDS!
