Timberlake Village Apartments

Love living at Timber Lake Village apartments it's a great little community been here 14 years. I'd recommend it to anybody.

Ever since got a good maintenance guy have had no problems things get fixed quickly. Bernard is such a nice guy and also manager she is nice too. Since I can't get to office she comes get in my rent for me. I'm glad summerset is no longer part of Timberlake village apartments.

I have lived at Timberlake village for almost 5 years and i love it there. The new management is great and very caring about the tenants.

I absolutely love Timberlake Apartments!! The management and maintenance are wonderful!! They went above and beyond to make sure my children and I have a beautiful home. Close to a convenient store but on the outskirts of twin allowing more privacy. We love living here!!

I absolutely love my apartment extremely affordable. And is located on a growing part of town, but also right next to a peaceful neighborhood that’s great for trick or treating and looking at lights during the holidays. Two schools located with in a few miles a brand new elementary and a junior high. Restaurants and gas stations also located at a convenient distance.

This is a beautiful property and very well maintained! The Manager and Maintenance staff are amazing!

Idk why

Apartments are clean on outside but dirty on inside. Very close quarters. They do have a childrens jungle gym.

Okay place

The property manager to the Meadowview apartments is terrible. She cares more about parking spots than fixes that need done to the apartments we pay over $1000 a month for. It’s ridiculous. The door has been broken for over 4 months and we are on our final warning for parking in a spot for 10 minutes tops. This place is a joke.

They shred their applications after 120 days, so when my mom called about the waiting list she had told us our application was already shredded. When my mother had asked how we get on the list, she told us again they're shredded after 120 days. I had taken the phone to redirect towards a different question, and she told me the same exact thing. When I asked if we could get another application since ours was shredded, she told us to find another place to live because we're not welcome there. Single mom with 3 kids with no home, how nice to treat them.
