The only drawback is having to go to the Apollo motel on Addison to check in. Then go to the other end of town for the room. Other than that no complaints.

Not a bad place in a pilch. Just like an apartment. Other tenants are nice some not so.
My biggest issue is the price it very high.
On the other hand your not paying for utilities. Maintenance is right there if there is a problem. Over all I've had to be here 2 mo while waiting for repair work to be done.
Yeah I'd recommend it.

Excellent manager. Very cute interior. 850 WITH full kitchen and beautiful bathroom. So happy.
