I have to say the front desk lady Cheyenne was so polite and friendly made me feel at home she is always a delight every time I go in there she's making people laugh. Very nice to see people like her to make us feel better for going to a place that people don't feel good at 20 ⭐ for her well done girl

I went into the ER this morning around 10am. From the front desk staff into the emergency room staff, I had nothing but great experience. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and caring. When I went into the emergency room, they were on top of everything! From the doctor, nurses and the charge nurse. Thank you so much for the care you all gave me. I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart! I highly recommend this hospital to family and friends.

They delivered my baby and were amazing! Great staff! They made sure I was comfortable, took the time to get to know me and my son and took their time to help me fill out proper paperwork and answer any questions I had. My son's pediatrician is amazing! They're also very prompt in responding to messages on mychart and reaching out to me via phone as well. I received the best care during my pregnancy/delivery. Keep up the great work!

Traveling home from Washington state. Stopped to get a snack. Something got cross containment in my daughters food. She stopped breathing from allergic reaction. Came here after giving her a epy shot. She stopped breathing again. Hospital staff was wonderful. Treated her allergic reaction and able to finish our trip home.

Any time I've ever been here it's been a good place to go. Anytime my wife has been admitted I've never had problems staying till we were finished. We even had our son here who spent 2 days in the NICU and the staff has always been amazing and very helpful. The food there is really good on a side note.

Shout out to the workers at St. Luke's!!! My Father, a long-haul truck driver from Canada had a major heart attack and has been extremely well taken care of. Super accommodating and apparently the food isn't too bad 😉 Thank you to all those who helped my Father in his recovery. It means the world to me.

I visited this place a little over a year ago... I just wanted to say that I was helped by a certain psychiatrist. I know she was my main doctor who oversaw my care. For the life of me I cannot remember her name, but she helped me out so greatly. It was the first time I experienced a doctor who actually accurately understood my situation. Whoever you are if you see this message, please respond to me. You changed my life and I thank you for that. I think about our interaction every day and it's now been over a year.

I have Type II diabetes and I'm scheduled for surgery later today. I checked my blood sugar and it was 59, I was told I couldn't have anything to eat or drink after midnight. I was greatly upset knowing I couldn't do anything about it, but I called the hospital told the gal that answered what my issue was. She asked who I normally saw for my diabetes and I told her, but I told her that Dr. Dazely was doing my surgery in the afternoon. She put me on hold got the head nurse Shawnie and I told Shawnie my issue and she too was concerned. She asked what I normally do when my blood sugar was low and I said I would have peanut butter with a glass of milk. I told her I took 2 of my pills with a sip of apple juice. She then put me on hold and talked to Dr. Lamb the Chief of Surgery and they said to go ahead and drink the apple juice since it's a clear liquid. I'm very glad I called and got a fairly quick response, because too when my blood sugar is low I can't sleep. Shawnie said that when Dr. Dazely got to the hospital later this morning she would let him know what they did to help me out.

My son had had pneumonia and waited a long time before he came into the hospital. And was critical and they saved his life. The doctors and all the nurses where excellent.

Words don’t do justice for how I feel. I went to ER last night with a broken wrist and a deflated spirit for having taken a bad fall on black ice. The staff was swamped so I had plenty of time to watch them tenderly interact with patients and each other. They were top notch, working together like a fine Swiss watch. I was well cared for also, and came home uplifted.

My just got admitted to the Hospital, we drove up from elko, went to the Er , Great Staff, they listened, and helped us, got her in fast, Happy with the Doctors and Nurses

Got into the ER quickly. All the staff were kind and considerate. Nurses and doctors were professional and took all the necessary precautions. I felt safe there.

Took my daughter in to the ER Sunday evening. Staff was friendly, and Kaleb especially was super kind and bubbly. Thank you.
