Great people, great prices. We had an issue with a new sectional we bought. They took care of the problem without hesitation. Blessed to have this store in Butte Montana.

Great product for not bad prices. Alex is an amazing sales woman! Not only did she help find exactly what we were wanting, but she helped occupy my kids so I could check out financing options. I can tell that she goes above & beyond for her customers!!

I recently came here to purchase some furniture for my new apartment, the entire staff is very professional, courteous and engaging. Bob made the purchasing process as smooth as can be and delivery for something in-stock made it to my place just a few days later. Bobby and Derick swiftly and professional brought in and assembled my couch. This was an awesome experience and I'm looking forward to purchasing more from Steele's as I can. :) Thanks guys!

Writing a review because Dan was my sales rep. via email, and his customer service was outstanding! I placed my order online and Dan was so swift in his responses! He was very helpful, and even double made sure I knew where I was picking them up from, as Deer Lodge didn’t have the warehouse, and that’s where I was headed! Thanks, Dan! You’re the man!

My refrigerator broke. I went to Steele's and bought a new one. It's already up and running and I'm back in business. The whole process took 10 minutes. Elisa was a great help and very friendly. The Store is amazing, and has everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend. Great store and great folks.

Steeles always takes good care of us. They have very professional sales team and desk teams. Manager helps us anytime we have appliance issues since we order a lot from them for our businesses. Kevin helped us with our personal furniture recently and he was wonderful.

My first time there, it was the 92nd anniversary, the people are very friendly and helpful. Bought a couch in less than 15 minutes and they will deliver it and take the old one.

I had never been there before. We went looking for a new stove. When we walked in the door we were met by the first available sales person who happened to be Alysa. She took us to the stoves told us about the differences and then left to let us decide. Absolutely no pressure. After we made our decision we found her did the paperwork. We wanted to explore the rest of the store and she said go for just come find me when you are done and we will finish the sale. It felt like family and very inviting. We will be back.

Love Steele's and their most excellent customer service, from sales to delivery! Their huge selection of furniture is awesome! I would recommend Kevin Gagnon as a salesman. He is so personable and helpful. We've dealt with him twice and he'll be our go to person in the future as well! Thanks Steele's for making spending money so much fun!

Kudos to Customer Service at Steele's! We ordered a wall oven, and after it was delivered discovered it was not self cleaning. I called Dan and he couldn't have been nicer about exchanging it for what I wanted. Even though we live 60 miles from Butte, he fixed the problem in one day.

Went in to buy a washer, dryer, and a couch. Got there while they were having a really nice sale, got an entire living room set; couch, love seat, two end tables, two lamps, and a coffee table, plus the washer and dryer. The man who helped was very nice and professional, our trip only took about an hour to pick out what we wanted and delivery for everything was only 25 dollars. Very happy with the quality of the furniture and how fast it arrived. Thank you Steele's!

I had such a great experience with Steele's from walking into the building through delivery. The customer service was great and each and every employee was wonderful to work with. And we love our new furniture!

Very freindly and helpful people. I have always been happy with their service. Buy the extended warrenty though because my mom bought a tv there one and it went out a couple of days after the one year warrenty and they would not warrenty it. My mom spent a lot of money on this tv but they didn't even try to accomidate the situation.
