I appreciated the great customer service at the time of purchase. I also received my specially ordered items promptly as promised. I then received multiple follow-up calls to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Allie was wonderful!

Bought a rather expensive pair of Birkenstock sandals a little over a year ago. Normal seasonal wear, not everyday. They’ve broken. Rep at the store says that’s “common and a year of seasonal wear is normal for a hundred dollar pair of sandals”. So just a heads up, don’t expect more than a year of occasional use for your money here.

The customer service here is outstanding.If you want old fashioned customer service this is the store to go to.

I was visiting St. Louis when someone decided they liked my 20+ year old Bostons more than me.
I called, and asked if my size was in stock. The nice woman told me they have them, then she proceeded to tell me the store hours, and she was setting them aside for me. I showed up, and bought the new Bostons. Wonderful experience I will only buy birks when I'm in St. Louis, and experience the great customer service I've received here. Thank you for a painless purchase.

I went to Birkenstock & More to buy my son his first pair of Birkenstocks. They had many many beautiful & unique women’s styles in all kinds of colors in styles. Additionally, they had quite a few options for men in both sandals & closed toed shoes. Colleen the store manager was incredibly helpful in finding the exact right sizing for my son. She even offered to mail us a pair if we didn’t find what we needed in stock. Luckily they had his right size & preferred style. I highly recommend!!

Very pleased with my purchase. My daughter and myself have each gotten two pairs of Birks form this store. The salesman Don was very helpful. I called to say what we wanted and he had them ready to go right when I got there. I will continue to go back to this store for any future purchases.

Miraculously they were able to replace my now discontinued favorite pair of Birkenstocks that disappeared when I was at the ER last month.

Eventhough I didn't buy anything because Birkenstock does not make the style shoe I want in my size anymore the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation and how to work it out. I would highly recommend this shop to help with your Birkenstock needs. Great service and help!

Amazing selection of birkenstocks and best service! Don, the manager, went above and beyond to get me a specific sandal, followed up and shipping them to me in NY. HIGHLY recommend this place.

She was so patient with me as I tried on multiple pairs, and she adjusted the shoes to best fit my feet. She was so kind and helped me find shoes my feet and I have been yearning for.
