Economy Tire

As a business owner, I am hyper critical of the customer service/ customer care I receive. Today I stopped in because I noticed a “tear” on the outside of my tire and my car sensor alerted me for low air pressure.
The customer care was outstanding. The young man working the front desk was super efficient at multitasking many customers and employees. The kindness and care I received ensured that I will be a return customer and will tell others about this experience. Added bonus: super fair pricing on new tires!

I bought tires here at economy tires January 1st 2024 and it was more than I expected. The service that Randy and the other gentleman at the front desk whose name I don't remember gave me was professional!!! and respectful. I don't have any complaints. I recommend it, they are very professional

Great place for tires and minor to moderate repair work!!! They may have gotten bigger and moved locations over the years but Paul still there every day, and him Bob,John and rest of the crew are the best!! Go see them.

Needed new tires, new to the town so I stopped in. Don’t remember the guys name but he was great, knowledgeable and friendly (and has a white Tahoe) they were able to get the new tires on and a wheel alignment in about 2 hours. Great experience, I now use them for my oil changes,

This is the only place I buy tires, do my oil changes, and get repairs done. The staff is great! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and they don't rip you off. I've been doing business with them for years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend! :)

They treat their customers with the utmost respect and are very clear about what is going on with their vehicle. They also try to keep your cost down. I totally trust them.

Extremely happy with this place. Called on a Monday to have some tires put on my jeep and tires were there the next day. Had an idea of which tires I wanted by doing independent research but was not going to be able to get the ones i wanted without ordering. The manager Kurt I think his name was lead me in a different direction and was not disappointed. Tires are awesome, customer service was awesome. Hands down whenever I need tires I will be back.

Came in approximately a month ago in a white sedan to get my wheels changed, and these guys did the best job given the last minute circumstances.

Shortly prior to arriving, I had a tire develop a bulge and the tire became unsafe to drive on. I was originally coming in for a wheel swap but had that emergency. Even though it was near closing they were able to accomodate my issue and provide me with a solution to get home for the following day. They put a tire where I needed it and I came back the following day for the brand new tire that I needed as well as swapping over a new set of wheels.

The manager did his due diligence by finding me the best, most cost effective option and an amazing job all throughout.

Been going here ever since i've been driving. Paulie been super helpful and willing. Appreciate the help always and the kindness as well as the fast turnaround. Give thanks!!

Been here a few times. Love the staff. Excellent service and very fair prices. They did an amazing job on my car and it always leaves there feeling like a brand new vehicle when I drive it.

Economy Tire in Oakville always goes above and beyond. Bob has always been a staple their and without doubt stays consistent with how pleasant he is. The mechanics have always been honest and taken care of my car for years. They even helped me after I had a transmission issue and advised me how to correct the situation which cost me thousands of dollars.

Economy is great! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I stopped in a few months ago after going to a dealership that was going to charge me hundreds of dollars for services I wasn’t sure were needed. Economy took care of everything quickly and efficiently plus they saved me money! I just finished my second visit for an oil change, another refreshing experience!

An early Saturday morning flat tired prompted an unplanned visit to Economy Tire. Friendly staff said they could fix it in about an hour. It ended up being closer to 2 1/2 hours. Not a big deal since it was a Saturday. If this had been Monday thru Friday I'd have been miffed. The rim looked fine after the repair. The mechanic took the 'donut' off and put it back in its place. Nice job. <$25.00 out the door.

Great people to work with. They found me some deals on tires because they didn't have the one side wanted. So they found me better ones at the same price!

As a 28 year resident of Watertown this Economy Tire is the only place that nearly everyone in town recommends. Since my husband died in 2013 it’s been difficult to find honest service anywhere. This Economy Tire store has actually prevented me from spending too much on tires and explained why very recently. It’s overall a very pleasant and educational experience. I wish I recall the name of that service advisor who advised me a few weeks ago.

Economy tire is awesome! They gave me a great price and amazing service. Their waiting room was clean and comfortable. The people were kind, efficient and happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend!
