My fiance and I had just gone through a major life-changing event that, long story short, wound up with us not exactly being forced out of where we lived, but practically. We started looking for other options that we could move into in a timely manner, and boy Jan was fantastic at helping us find the perfect apartment. The place is absolutely wonderful and perfect for us, and when we were seeing other locations she was honest and cut straight to the point with every detail she had noticed, most of which I was previously oblivious to. She's an absolute wonderful person and a fantastic help in finding an apartment. I plan on using her services again in the future.

Jan was our real estate agent when we needed to sell my parents home after they passed away. She was personal and professional. She negotiated a fair selling price that both the buyer and seller were satisfied with. She even helped with arrangements for emptying the house of years of memories. She was great to work with - I highly recommend her.

Jan needs to be on time, and treat her clients like they are actual people. She was very rude, and did not call when she was 15 minutes late to a showing. She does not know how to communicate with clients. On top of that it was supposed to be a private showing and she brought other people. When we asked questions about the listing she did not even know the answers about the apartment. She is unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I do not recommend her at all.
