From the minute we walked into the show room until the keys were handed to me the service was exceptional.
Then all the details inside the car with Matt were explained fully and Matt made sure I understood exactly how to safely drive my new TAOS!!! I felt very confident driving my birthday present off Valenti's lot. Thank you Lou, Mike, Matt and Ed and all those behind the scene getting the paper work done so easily.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Valenti Car Dealership. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

The sales team at Valenti went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect car to suit my needs and budget. They were knowledgeable about their inventory

The service advisor (Tim Agimudie) was friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional. He was very knowledgable and explained everything clearly and in detail. I was made aware of repairs/work that would be needed in the future, but was not pressured into agreeing to any extra work that was not necessary that day. This was my first service visit to Valenti, and I will be a repeat customer!

First time purchasing a VW. We were graciously met by the salesman (Matt) in the parking lot who gave us our space to look around and said he was there to answer any questions that we might have if need be. After looking at the Atlas in the parking lot it led to questions that we had which opened the door to a informative conversation about the vehicle with the salesman, Matt. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. His approach and excitement to the conversation led us to wanting a test drive.
After the test drive we informed him that we were going to test drive other vehicles at other dealerships. He supported us, gave us his contact information should we have any further questions. Days later, he respectfully followed up with me asking our experience in test driving the other vehicles at the other dealerships. His sincere approach since the initial meeting led us to eventually purchasing our first VW.

Our salesman, Matt, was a joy to work with and got me behind the wheel of a Taos and Jetta for a test drive. Then we sat down to talk numbers. Matt and Mike were so professional and made buying a new vehicle a pleasure. They explained everything thoroughly and without any pressure. There is nothing we would suggest Valenti change. They treated us like a family member.

Joe, in Sales, and Ed, in Financial were honest and down-to-earth throughout the entire transaction. They patiently answered all my questions and made purchasing my new EV an easy, pleasant experience.

Overall super smooth process with very helpful and friendly sales team. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful and even drove 40 minutes away to pick me up from train station. Ed was also very nice and thoughtful. It’s a small dealership but that makes the service a lot more personal. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for a VW.

I am very pleased with my experience as a first time customer at Valenti VW. I arrived two hours before closing for the long New Year's holiday weekend, and it was dumping rain, but Joe M was happy to help me and let me test drive a 2022 Taos. I did not feel rushed and he was very knowledgeable answering all my questions. The following week, as I was nearly sure what I wanted to do, I went back and we went for a second test drive since it wasn't raining anymore. Joe was very flexible with my time and patient with our final discussion. The process went smoothly and Joe and his team did a phenomenal job prepping the Taos I purchased. I am very happy with my new car and recommend Valenti Volkswagen to anyone interested in a VW.

What an incredible experience we had at Valenti Volkswagen. We came in to test drive the new 2024 Atlas and were just blown away with the car and the sales team, what professionals and what every car buying experience should be and the way it use to be. Joe M and Mike P met us at the door with a smile and were professional the whole time. Mind you we had already been to Volvo (Albany NY), Genesis (Springfield MA) and Audi (Albany NY). Visiting those dealers I felt like more of a bother and it seemed like I knew more than the salesperson half the time. Reviews matter and that’s why we traveled to see Joe and Mike and we were not disappointed. I can’t recommend these guys and this dealership highly enough. I can’t wait to try their service department…..the bar has been set high with these guys!

I give five stars because of Steve Agimudie - the service rep at Valenti VW, Watertown, CT. He has been such a pleasure to deal with over the past few years. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and very responsive when contacted. He explains everything going on with the car which helps me make any decision that needs to be made. Without question, the best service rep I have ever dealt with in any auto dealership. He is such an asset to Valenti VW.

Matt gave me a thorough demo of the ID.4 and all of its features. Mike the sales manager answered all my questions about the lease transaction and made a good offer on my trade a 2018 Tiguan which I had leased then bought at Valenti. Also the Parts Manager at Valenti, who has an ID.4 gave me good advice on charging an an online Forum. Good people good deal,
