Fran's Cans & Bart's Bottles

We went this morning after procrastinating bringing them for a while. We had way over the limit of water bottles. Which we didn’t know there was a limit at the time but the gentleman was more than kind enough to take them. Overall this was a great experience and his kindness was greatly appreciated. I recommend anyone that needs to get rid of cans or bottles for cash comes here! Thank you so much again!

Stopped in and dropped off several bags of bottles. It was a quick process, since I had everything pre sorted and counted. The owner took pity on me and accepted everything I brought, which was significantly more than the 600 count limit.

Come in with things pre sorted and counted in clear bags, and you'll be out in less than 10 minutes.

I go to this place often and every time the place is clean and business is swift..The owner and workers are extremely nice and hardworking..Brison the manager knows his job and is professional on every level..I highly reccomend this place over all others🤝..Have a Blessed and Safe day!!

What a great way to return cans and bottles.
Much easier than taking them back to the store. Fast, easy and very friendly people.

Very easy just bag your cleaned cans and bottles with a count and that's it, they pay you and your on your way

Highly recommend this location! My husband and I visited for the first time and were very unprepared. (Didn't count 20+ trash bags of bottles) However, we were welcomed and not turned away.
To make your trip quick and easy, go with clear contractor bags separated (plastic and cans) and counted. If not, don't worry they will count them, you will just have to wait a bit longer.

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time today. Fran was awesome! He was polite and very helpful. And humored us with some great one liners to help pass the time during the count. Service was fast and efficient. We typically stack our recyclables for a year and then cash in. We'll definitely be back here.

My name is Keith and I have to share because going to Frans was hands down the best experience I've ever had returning cans. Called the set an appointment up right away was very polite and helpful. When I arrived the experience was even better than the phone call. Very professional and courteous. The best redemption place I've ever been to between the politeness and face to face they actually care about each person. I will never go anywhere else and I would advise the same. This place is awesome! My husband and I went a few weeks ago with over 40+ bags of bottles and they were more than welcoming and helpful! I would recommend going here to any and everyone!

This place is AMAZING! Always friendly and kind. Love the service I received today. I had at lease 10 construction size bags filled to the top. The owner said leave the bags right there and they will do the rest.

Fran and his crew/staff were all exceptional helpful, kind and funny too. This was my first experience returning cans, I didn't know the process, I had over 500. I no clue there was a limit. Fran took all the bottles without hesitation. Anyone that needs to return bottles or/and cans Go To Fran!

Staff and owner could not have been nicer and more accommodating.Came before closing, the owner was more than happy to take our recycling and chat with our kids. Great place.

Went there after the Naugatuck Redemption Option closed and was treated with respect. I was just over the limit, but was accommodated because it was slow and I was there for the first time. Could’ve easily been sent on my way and wasn’t. Thank you! It’s farther and worth the trip! Their max currently is 500, due to limited space.

I came this morning first time not knowing without a clue on how to bring these cans or bottles to them.

Also let me tell you these cans and bottles are for my local Rescue foundation
Brass City Rescue Alliance for our pups.
So people have given me them to cash in to give the money to the organization
Well this is what I’m doing with the help of Francis who I am so grateful for.
Took in five large green garbage bags of I don’t know how many cans and bottles where in there and help me out and explain how the process is done the next time. So blessed.
I knew there are still good humans in this world

Guy at the front desk was very nice! Was very helpful getting my bags together. Even though close to closing time, he still took my bags without hesitation. This will be my go to spot for as long as he’s there.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service! I had several bags of plastic bottles and was in and out quickly. I will definitely do business with them again.

These guys are so friendly and efficient! They are so helpful and move quickly. Beats standing in line at the grocery store machines anyday!!! We had a large collection of cans, that has been building up for way too long, and they even helped unload it for us. They are great, helpful, efficient.... I couldn't ask for better customer service.

I had so many bottles to recycle and none counted, but they took every single bottle and never asked me to count one! They were fast, efficient and extremely helpful. Glad this new manager knows good customer service!!
