I can’t even describe how much of an amazing experience. It is dealing with these guys. Kyle is a great guy over there and so is everyone else that works there. I just bought my second truck from them and it was just such an easy and smooth process! I came for my first oil change. Ian explained the car was also due for a gas treatment and he told me the total cost of services up front. The waiting area was clean and quiet. The wait was to be expected for the services being completed.

Ingersol of Watertown other known as Buick GMC of Watertown is Awesome! I have always took my Buick Enclave there for servicing and have always had a Good Experience. So when it was time to purchase a new vehicle of course I figured I’d start there first. It is such Familia feeling there. I ended up purchasing A 2023 Buick Envision and what a car, Terrific ride. Paint tends to collect scratches a little easy, however I purchased a paint protection plan so we’ll see how that works for getting the scratches out but other than that, I really really Love my new purchase. Nicolas my sales guy was fantastic. Joe, Dylan, and Terrace was also Awesome as well. Marsha is a real sweetheart, with a Beautiful smile, one of the first faces you’ll see. When I left the lot I had some concerns the team jumped right on them and I was pleased how everyone just worked together. I looked forward to working with the staff at Ingersol of Watertown for all future car purchases and servicing needs.

They were awesome and very friendly! Picked the car I wanted online and they had me test drive it as soon as I got to the dealership. Buying it was smooth! I had mentioned that one of the rims was pretty scratched and was promised that they would fix it, which they totally did (they even gave me a car to loan for the day while they were working on my rims) I only bought the car like a month ago, but I would recommend these guys!

I received a loaner car as promised. The service manager was friendly and helpful. The work took longer than expected and I was able to keep the loaner until the work was complete.

Ian was very helpful. I thought I needed an alignment. He took it for a ride. And he felt that an alignment wasn't necessary .

I have been a satisfied service customer here for a while now, and when it came time to purchase a new vehicle I went there first to look and explore the possibilities. I was impressed with how professional, accommodating, and low pressure the staff here is (Mike, Matt, and Joe). This is NOT your typical sleazy car dealership... They run a first class business here! I had a very tight budget with high demands (I wanted a 2017 Sierra 3500HD Denali) and they bent over backwards to make it happen. It was a complicated transaction, and they stuck with it and got me into the exact truck I wanted and gave me a great deal. Couldn't be more satisfied! I will be back!

Jeff made sure I was filled in on the work they did on my car. We discussed that I needed a battery soon. We then made an appointment to replacement.

Matt my Salesman was excellent even though I told him that i wasn't going to buy that day that I wanted to see where the numbers came out and that I would talk to my wife and let him know.
Matt took the time to go through everything thing with me and when we were done I left with the information I needed.
I started walking out to my car and went back in to ask one more question which Matt gladly answered.
I pick up my Truck on Wednesday.

Great people to work with! I told them a price point I needed to be under and exactly what I wanted for a vehicle and they worked hard to get me what I wanted! Very flexible for someone who works a lot and doesn't have much free time. Would definitely recommend buying a vehicle with them!
