We had a really great experience at this Toyota branch. Usman, our salesperson, was a great help and we love the car we bought. It was exactly what we were looking for and within our budget.
Nick was also very helpful toward the end of the process. We’re so happy with the service that was provided, and will recommend this branch to anyone looking to buy a car!

My family typically buys a new car every 2 years, so I have a lot of experience being in and out of dealerships all over the east coast. Even if I find the right car, a dealership experience can make or break the deal. I had been to a few Toyota dealers in Connecticut and no one treated me quite like Crabtree. I will admit most of the great experience was due to my salesman Jonathan. If you are looking for someone to treat you right, and work with you on price/benefits, Jonathan is your guy. I am looking forward to working with Jonathan again when we buy our next car.

Outstanding 5 star experience with Gabe in the parts department at this dealership. He could not have been more awesome to deal with. Exceptional guy who bent over backwards to deliver customer service ! We've been waiting on a hard to find truck part in Canada for over 4 months. A deeper dive led us to the Crabtree Dealership in CT and they came through in every way. Definitely won't forget this dealership. What an unexpected pleasure to have them at the other end of our call ! Highly recommend !

I had a very pleasant experience working with Vinny, my sales rep, and Frank, my sales manager. They have both been super helpful through very step of getting my new 2023 Toyota Rav 4, and I am very grateful for their help and responsiveness. I was able to get everything done without any problem, getting the car day of. I was even able to rely on them for any outstanding issues I had after getting the car! I bought my first truck ever ('24 Tundra) right here just a few days ago and an excellent experience! I worked with my salesman Ylli and he did a great job explaining the whole process and keeping me updated since I had to wait for the car to get delivered. My salesperson was Jordan Speaks - we connected shortly after I made on online inquiry. I explained that I didn't like the traditional process - that I wanted a bottom line for my trade-in value, and to quickly ascertain a bottom-line price. (Rather than the typical back and forth rigmarole.) If I was pleased with the process, I would purchase the vehicle. Jordan quickly got Frank Pratts, the sales manager, involved. The two listened to my needs and provided outstanding service on my way to purchase a new 2023 Toyota Tacoma - great experience!!

Highly recommend this dealership. I have always had a very difficult time when buying a new car; I'm very picky and don't trust salesmen. Sales manager Frank was astute in choosing the perfect salesman for me. He chose Nick who was unbelievably patient and tolerant of me and my picky self. I recently purchased a new grand highlander from Crabtree Toyota in Watertown. The entire experience was great but the stand out service came from our salesman Jordan. He was personable and professional, something you don’t see much anymore! Everyone was so accommodating. If you are in the market for a new car, stop in and see them!

Highly recommend this dealership! We walked in with no appointment and RC helped us out quickly and efficiently. We ended up going home with a brand new RAV4 and we couldn’t be happier!
