I purchased a used vehicle here and came from upstate NY so had a 2.5 hour drive. My sales person, James, was very helpful. He sent me a personal video walkthrough of the Explorer and we negotiated everything before I arrived.

Their finance team got me a better rate than the pre approval I arrived with and made that process quick and easy.

I had to leave my other vehicle there for a few days and they helped with that as well and got me an oil change while it sat.

By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Love the vehicle too. Very clean and several people couldn’t even tell it was used.

Happy with my 2021 Ford Explorer lease, I went in early to see what my new leasing options might be. Cathy Reed was terrific and extremely detailed with presenting me all my options and putting them on paper for me to match back and review. I shared my budget concerns and she worked hard to stay within those parameters. Because of a military injury with my back, it was important for me to stay in another explorer or upgrade to a higher level luxury car. As I wanted to lease again, Ford had many rebates as a repeat customer. Cathy was able to get me into a brand new 2023 Explorer SLT with many upgrades all well within my budget! HAPPY RETURNING CUSTOMER! Awesome job to Cathy and Kevin on the financial side! Smooth transition and everything was handled nicely! Thanks again!!
