Baribault Fuel, you guys are the best! I have been dealing with this company for 6 years. Every person I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with was awesome! I had a new boiler installed and I can’t express enough of the professionalism and service I have received! John, you went above and beyond so thank you!! My boyfriend and I have been customers of Baribault Oil for nearly five years, and our experience has been nothing but the best! When it was time to replace our furnace, we felt overwhelmed and unsure about all of our options. However, Tara from Baribault Oil was phenomenal and provided us with several options, which ultimately helped us obtain a more efficient furnace. The technicians who came to our house to replace the furnace were extremely knowledgeable and completed the job with care. They also allowed me to ask questions, which helped me better understand the new furnace. John, the Director of Operations, visited our house at the beginning and end of the process to ensure that everything was done properly. Baribault Oil is a family-run business where even the employees are treated like family. The technicians are second-generation, and they are passionate about providing quality products, great prices on oil, and excellent customer service. Although there are many places to buy oil, I choose Baribault Oil because they value their community, treat their customers with care, and feel like an extended family to me.

I recently switched my heating service to Baribault and they installed an air conditioner for me as well. I think they are great. John is very much "hands-on" and takes a strong personal interest in everything. He is readily available and is committed to doing things well. His team is likewise very personable and professional. I would give them my highest rating.

The guys at Baribault are fantastic!! John was so honest when my husband and I reached out about getting an indirect water heater installed. He helped us weigh our options, and was very honest about questions regarding our boiler. The gentlemen who installed the heater were quick, and ran me through everything they did at the end of the service, as well as answered my questions. (Being a new homeowner, I had a lot!). I highly recommend Baribault, if for anything their extraordinary customer service.

I have to say what a stellar job John at Baribault does. My wife and I are newlyweds and new to Watertown and we were treated like we were family. The staff that we dealt with on the phone at the office as well as the guys who came to do the job were extremely polite and mindful of being tidy and clean while doing the work they did. I cannot recommend them enough for whatever job you may end up needing.

We had an issue after the furnace cleaning.
But they handled the problem asap.
All the employees I encountered were very pleasant and professional.

I called this morning to see if i could possibly get a delivery today, the woman who answered the phone was so kind and helpful..Doug came literally 3 hours later and was absolutely great! Wonderful customer service and I appreciate that truly!!
