If you want clean , tasty food that isn’t heavy you have to come here!!! The burrito bowl is sooo yummy, better than chipotle in my opinion. They also have the best Acai’ bowl in Ct , I drive out of my way for their food often. Owner is very kind as well. They also have 2 small tables for outdoor seating!

First time coming here and I really enjoyed it! Super clean and relaxed atmosphere, quick and professional service. The employees seemed knowledgeable and friendly which is hard to come by these days . The owner helped me with my order and recommended the burrito bowl which was SO GOOD! He seemed super personable and addressed quite a few customers by name when the walked in. I love to see people who are passionate about the work they do. It was a great overall experience and I will be returning and also may visit the other locations.

I went it earlier today with my friend and I can say I am pleased. The burrito bowl was way better than expected, as well as the açaí bowl, I never leave reviews but I am finishing the rest of my bowl and I thought about writing one. Customer service was very well too, everyone was so nice definitely will be going there again when I want something healthy and refreshing. Good job 💕also I have the smallest appetite and never finish my food but it was too good to let it go to wast like every other food I take out

Love their smoothies and bowls. The bobcat bowl is amazing and the buffalo sauce they make in house is delish! The burrito bowl is their best seller and so good with chicken added. The food is light, tasty, reasonably priced, & nutritious!

Great healthy foods here , I enjoy the smoothies as well. Tasty , healthy fresh food bowls are much better than your fast food options . Give this place a try if your health matters .

I've been going here since the first time I found out about it when it opened. I can always count on something clean, lean, and delicious. I used to come here a lot after the gym for a post workout meal. It always made me feel good about eating. Now I get it a lot for lunch during my lunch breaks. Their shakes are great. My personal top two favorites are the Barbecue chicken salad and the Buddha bowl. Cannot go wrong with those! I'm glad that this is very local and convenient as well, especially when you want to eat better. The owner is great as well. I accidentally dropped my shake in the garbage and he made me a new one and insisted I don't pay! Now that's great customer service . The staff is also great and friendly too! Definitely a 5 star!

First time and I’m in love! The Aji Verde sauce was exactly how described delicious and on the money! The Mexican salad with chicken was scrumptious and the right amount. Great service and very clean. CT don’t miss out on a good one, come out and support and keep places like this one alive!

Absolutely love this place. My go to order here is the BBQ chicken salad with a PB&J protein shake. Ingredients are always fresh, staff is always pleasant, and very fair prices. Definition of feel good food.

I love this place! I order at least twice a week through DoorDash and never had a single issue. I’m in love with the bbq chicken salad and the pecan pie bowl 😋 I also picked up a few times, everything’s 10/10. Owners nice and the place is spotless. Recommend!!

Never a bad experience, the food is absolutely amazing, I just had another awesome shake and I will continue to come here. Bring my business. Yourself a favor put down the junk food in the garbage that you might be eating and come here because it’s good for you. That is all folks.

I absolutely crave this place every day! My fav is the Mexican salad add chicken. So fresh so delicious. Everyone there is friendly. Very welcoming. Food is fresh - lots of choices. Currently out on surgery leave - trying to figure out how to get it delivered. I wish they would open one up here in Prospect!!!! I’d be there every day!!! Keep up the great work - I’ll be seeing you as soon as I can❤

This is one of my favorite go to places for a quick, healthy, feel good meal. My absolute favorite is the burrito bowl with steak. I always leave here satisfied & happy! Can’t wait to be back

My boyfriend and I were looking for a healthy spot in town for a good salad and was happily surprised to stumble upon this place! Service was friendly and fast and the beet bowl was exactly what I wanted: hearty, healthy and the perfect portion. He loved his Bobcat bowl too! Everything on the menu looked delicious and we will definitely stop back next time we’re in the area.

This place is soooo good I could eat it every single day! Everything on the menu is spectacular, I haven’t had one bad thing from this place. 10/10 recommend for a healthy but flavorful meal!

The food is always fresh and delicious!
They can make any bowl vegan which is such a treat for me! They even can do a vegan protien smothie.
The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Prices are very reasonable

Just stopped in for the first time and got a burrito bowl and a smoothie, both were delicious. The guys working we’re helpful and kind. Would def recommend and will be back!

The top choice for vegetarians and vegans for a healthy well rounded quick bite. The owners are incredible and knowledgeable of the business which gives you the best shake, salad or wrap you could ask for. Definitely a must try
