Across the board, this team consistently treats their customers like family and goes to great lengths to earn their business. Before making a purchase, to years later, everyone always has a genuine interest in being as helpful as possible. They always answer the phone, ALWAYS call back, and are ALWAYS happy to assist. Outstanding service. I was pulling my hair out trying to string my weed eater. I took it there and the man at the front desk spent about 10 minutes helping me get it strung then would not accept any payment.

They also do a great job at servicing equipment. Highly recommend!

Advance is the best they keep my mowing equiptment repaired and ready to use and reasonable rates. When winter comes they have my snow blower ready 5 stars all the way. I would highly recomend them.

This shop is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Just had a backpack blower gone though. Answered any question, followed up, excellent turn around time and runs top notch excellent results. I make the trip to this shop and its worth it every time they will get my repeat business highly recommend.

My first experience here, last year was because I do a lot of my own work, but the weather wasn't good for an engine teardown so I decided to give them a call. They said they were very busy but would try and get it done. They had the machine ready on Monday and its been running great ever since then. The mechanic even found an issue that could have developed into a problem, and the price wasn't as bad as I expected either. Top notch service and the parts department is good too.

Great experience again as always. Rep listened to what service I needed, asked questions to clarify, wrote the ticket. Then came out to my truck, tagged the items, helped me unload, and then hauled all 3 (mower, backpack blower, trimmer) to the garage himself.

There knowledgeable and skillful staff make life quick and easy. Weather it be a simple fix or an extensive project. They will tell you if it's worth fixing and either do it for a reasonable price or guide you to fix it yourself. Always respectful and helpful. I use them for all my parts, advice and things I don't want to fix or don't have the time. If give John, Lori and the staff a 5 star ratimg!

Sent an irrigation pump engine to have repaired and was thrilled with the service. They understood it was very urgent and got it done quickly and were excellent with communication. Will send all my small engine business there from now on.
