The food we ordered was good. The kids' pasta and meatball larger severing than expected. The garlic bread was delicious. Pasta vodka grill chicken was good as well. The place is small, so making a reservation would be a good idea. Decent amount of parking, but small parking lot. I found the ice cream at $5 to be a bit expensive. Overall, the service was good. I'll would go back to try something different.

My daughter’s hockey team was in town and was in need of good warm food for the bus. I contacted Sabrina at Nonna’s and she helped me with 19 chick parm grinders and 5 gluten free dishes. The ladies who dropped off the food were wonderful and accommodating. According to the team the food was so so good and 🔥! Great experience all around! Thank you!

Love this place! Everyone on the team is extremely friendly and helpful. They have something on their menu for everyone as well as a great bar. Highly recommend the eggplant parm, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

What a great family owned small business in Watertown! Every time I come in here, it feels like an episode of Cheers, where everyone knows your name!

Coupled with delicious Italian food and drinks, make sure you swing by if you are ever in town!

My wife took me there for my father's day dinner. The food and services were great. My servicer Lisa was great. She was friendly and and top of everything.

I hadn't been to this place in years when I got an invitation to a catered lunch here. Wow, this place has changed, and it was for the better. The place was alright before in a family night way, but now it is really nice, like date night nice. The lunch I was at was served buffet style and everything was quite good from the appetizers to the deserts. I will also mention that they had a nicely stocked bar with most staples and a small selection of interesting above top shelf surprise guest bottles. Overall my experience made me want to go back.

Came here many times and have never had a bad meal! Everything is delicious and the restaurant is very cozy! Great place for a romantic dinner!

This is a small place with an extensive menu. All of the dishes I have had were really good. They have gluten free options for those with dietary restrictions. The eggplant parm and lasagna are highly recommended! We had a great time and the staff was very nice. Best part is that it is not loud so you can have a great conversation.

Out of the many times we have been to Nonna Lucia's Restaurant in Watertown have we had bad service as we did last night.

Food is always amazing, that is not in question whatsoever. But the waitress with the bun in her hair, was definitely in a mood last night, was very rushed or just didn't care But we only saw her about twice last night during our entire visit. Our appetizer didn't show up until five minutes before our entrees. People around us were receiving what they ordered before us. And she was never to be seen for what seemed like 20-30 minutes... Not a good tip for her that evening. Food was excellent. I definitely will be returning for a better experience 😊

Excellent calamari and ricotta toast, great Eggplant and risotto, great drinks, generous portions, very busy place so make reservations

Ok where to begin. If your in the mood for authentic Italian food this is the place to go. Everything tasted amazingly goo. I ordered a fresh mozzarella and tomato salad with grilled chicken. It was superb. 5 stars !!!

The owners are Italian and they really care about the customers and service. I love the outside patio! You don't even know your in Watertown.

It's a very good place. The atmosphere is very Italian. These words are written inside: "Welcome to our beautiful chaos" or something along those lines.
They are careful to comply with Covid-19 regulations, but I didn't feel obsessed; they are relaxed. Of course, the main thing you want to know is the food and I can say it was very good and very abundant. Almost all the dishes come with pasta. The lasagna was also very good.

Great food, lovely atmosphere. Friendly and accommodating staff. Deserts were also delicious. Highly recommend and cant wait to come back!

Ok, so i have been to Nonna lucia's on several occasions. And i have never had a bad meal. But the last time we went, sad to say our waitress was anything but attentive to our needs. It took her forever to come over in the first place. We ordered an appetizer and meals. As it is customary to get your appetizer well before your main meal, which it didn't and we literally had to chase down and ask our waitress where the appetizer was. The waitress only came by once to check on us. Aside from the lousy service she provided, the meal was great. And that one bad experience won't deter me from going back there.

i love eating at Nonna's. have been going there for years! it's my mother's, 19 year old daughter's and my place of choice. excellent service, hot fresh food, the best homemade breads, their rye bread makes other rye breads taste bland. quiet atmosphere. amazing giant, fresh cakes, desserts, cookies, brownies etc.

Outstanding every time. Real Italian cuisine and excellent specials. Also, they have the best pizza anywhere. 5 stars all the way around!

A group of us went here back in October for a light dinner and drinks. I was able to get a seasonal October beer that was really good and the others had seasonal martinis. The martinis were HUGE and they were strong so it was definitely worth the money. The service was good and the check was reasonable especially considering our drinks. We all had salads and hands down, unless I missed something in Watertown, these are one of the best.

Since that night out, I commonly get take out and have yet to be disappointed. The salad's proportion is outstanding and always filled me up especially when adding chicken. Take out has always included a side of freshly baked bread too.

This is my go to place for dinner with my husband. They have so many good Italian staples here. Their veggie pizza is my favorite. Great salads, grinders, homemade pasta and soups.. They now have a full bar which is a wonderful upgrade. Love the owner and staff. Would recommend this to anyone in the Watertown area.
