Courtview Square Apartments

I have lived here for several years and my experience has been enjoyable. It is a great quiet neighborhood and the everyone is friendly. The property manager, Miss Phyllis is amazing and extremely helpful. She is honestly the reason why I have stayed so long, she truly makes you feel like family and goes out of her way to ensure everyone is satisfied. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to rent. It is on the bus line, which makes it very convenient.

I have lived here for a vary long time and it is a clean, quiet friendly place to live. Most people here are long timers like me. The courtyard is very pleasent and Phyllis, the property manager, is a great person. She goes out of her way to accommodate everyone that lives here.

Ample parking, laundry on site, safe and clean building, nice and quiet and most importantly is the manager, Phyllis Pezolessi who lives on site. We never had a problem there ever because Phyllis takes care of everything before it becomes a problem. Phyllis truly cares for all her tenants. It's a great place to live and I fully recommend Courtview Square apts.

I have lived here the past 4 years and have never had any problems. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Phyllis the Property Manager is really nice and has always been super helpful to me.

The staff is very helpful and transparent, I have not had any issues with them. The maintenance crew fixes issues very fast and to the best of their abilities. Their services for the winter and overall maintenance of the property are impressive and work very hard.

I've lived at courtview square since 2014. Our property manager phyllis is a sweetheart!! there is nothing I wouldnt do for her. Everyone is quiet and keeps to themselves. Ive never experienced any issues with any of my neighbors. Very nice place to live.

Lived here for 9 yrs and love the courtyard; service is good; management is excellent and the manager is very personable and efficient. Quiet neighborhood. Owners take pride in the property. My son and I enjoy living here very much.

I I have lived in court view square since 2012 and I’m still here 2019 . So I am here almost 7 years and this place is amazing very quiet very secure and I really highly recommend it . I would like also to talk about the property manager Ms. Phyllis she’s amazing person always helpful .

Beautiful apartments! Space is so clean and looks brand new. Very spacious and outside view is amazing. Managers are very welcoming and it’s in the perfect area!

Out of all the places I toured to look at in this area, these are for sure the nicest that I looked at. Melissa and Phyllis were absolutely wonderful and answered all of my questions without problem, and even more. The nicest two people I have encountered in the three months I’ve been looking. A friend recommended this apartment complex to me. I decided to give it a look. It’s in a quite residential area. Next to a school so it’s perfect if you have children. The staff was friendly. There is a park down the street. It’s perfect for my family. I recommend to anyone.

The property manager Phillis was very helpful and had a lot of information to offer. They also offer a military discount. For the quality and price you can't beat it.

Great secure apartments beautiful courtyard neighbors stay to themselves maintenance handles all your needs if any .Management is tenant friendly and if i did not need more room i would stay as i have lived here 7 yrs going on 8

Living at court view, has been wonderful, it's very comfortable and quiet, as well as staff is always available and is always helpful. Moving into courtview square apartments was a great choice!
