Dunkin'

Was here recently for the first time at this location, everything was as ordered and I got compliments from the kind staff about my green hair which is always appreciated. It was just a nice interaction and we had no issues with our food or drinks.

This Dunkin' Donuts 🍩 must be brand new because it's absolutely gorgeous inside everywhere. Spotless clean everything!! It looks like they have museum quality sanitation standards because the whole place is spotless beautiful, Brand NEW!!!!

Fortunately, they open at 5am sharp which turned my,

"Unfortuatist situation" of:

1. having been robbed of my rental car
2.spent all night in a cemetery cuddled up in a bush with my girlfriend being pestered by homeless people asking for everything from a, " Cutdown of my cigarette" to " asking if I had any money"
3. finding out my girlfriend didn't take out the extra insurance on my rental for $12 to cover my $1,500 copay

The free plugin Wall Outlet, My Large Americano made by Franko, and the BEST everything Bagel with Cream Cheese turned my Unfortuatist situation into a Grand Slam or a DAY.

This location never messes up my coffee. Very consistent. I suggest ordering on the app both for points and freebies and to save time, as the drive up can be busy in the morning.

Always a pleasant experience at this Dunkin! Staff is absolutely wonderful..

We went here late morning and there were a few cars in the drive thru, and one person in line when I walked in the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and understanding and capable when I had to make multiple revisions to my order. The employee even gave us an extra donut as a courtesy. Definitely a great place to eat and a great, friendly staff.

This is the best dunkin in the area, the people here outrank any of the other dunkins in kindness, quick service and just all around being great people. As soon as I started ordering mostly the same thing every morning they knew my voice and what I wanted. I'd go here everytime even if it was out of my way

I work third shift so having a dunking that’s open 24hours is amazing. Not to mention how friendly everyone is there ! Always with a great attitude and fast service ... they always get my Order correct too. It’s rare to have a dunkin with all these qualities. Highly recommend

You know, I always give good stars but this place, even when they are struggling, always do their job, and it gets confusing but they're always very good with the customers, at least my experience is when I go in there even when it's hectic and crazy they're always funny and nice and very sociable, thank you love you guys. #ROSESWHILETHEYHERE.

Well if you're a New Englander you love your Dunkin'. So the only way to improve the experience is if the people working there are happy and just nice, really. I think the people who work at Dunkin' are outstanding in this area. Sometimes if someone is new they might be nervous because they want to get your order correct. They might forget to smile. So what!? They'll get you next time. Also be specific about your order i.e. if you like a lot of cream cheese on your bagel tell them, or say you want it on both sides of your bagel, or whatever it is. It can only help you right?

I think they are very kind to customer and they go out of their way to know their customer drinks.
The mgr runs a tight ship, which is great. The drive thru people are very polite.
Tina at the front counter is a joy in the morning, she is a big part of making the customer morning.
Paula in drive thru is quick on her feet making drinks. ( In those jeans)
Nicki is always trying to make sure things run smooth.

Everyone at Dunkin donuts is nice and friendly they keep on everything and there food is hot my experience is the store is very clean and always welcomes you in as ur own there employees are super excited and I would recommend going there ❤

There are quite a few DD between my gym in Waterford and Home in Uncasville. This one may not be most convenuent for me, but the best one. Alwsys fast, friemdly, Accurate, and best tasting iced coffee.

I go here twice a day And absolutely love the service very friendly they know just about everyone's name and what they drink I never have to order my wife's or my coffee as a matter of fact there is a huge variety of us that go here regularly and we go through drive thru they tell us all we have to do is say our name and they have never messed a coffee up by doing this

Always make my coffee perfect. Some nights I wish they were open later. Overall great service. In and out even when there's a long line.
