Great area with history to walk the trails & enjoy fields, woods & swamp areas. Mt Hope Park is a 35-acre property. The park is part of
an old riverside farm dating back to the late 1700’s.
The town acquired Mt. Hope Park in 1999 with assistance
from the Ct DEP’s Open Space Watershed and Land
Acquisition Grant Program

Beautiful place, peaceful! Take a stroll along the river to the pond. Love the meadows.

Love this place! Please don't walk through the field.. Signs are posted for a reason. It's the farmers land so please be respectful and no off leash dogs!

Wonderful way to spend an hour walking around the Meadows and Mount Hope river. Plenty of free parking.

Little parking near homes so need to be nice. Park is amazingly beautiful and simple. You can easily walk in through field. One of my hideout :)
