Kozlowski DePascale Orthodontics

I am a past patient of this awesome Orthodontist facility. Now, my son is a current patient 😊. I have no words for how incredible this place is! I truly love the people, and how they have the most up to date technology. Literally went in for braces, but also found out my son needs to also see a specialist for his tonsils. This would have never been caught without their technology, I am extremely grateful. We are looking forward to doing treatment with Dr. Mike, and his team of talented, kind, and happy, ortho technicians. I will continue to recommend Kozlowski/DePascale to every person for their ortho needs. 🦷

Even with all my bad news I've had over the pass few months. My ortho slacked off but always positive vibes from the Kozlowski DePascale crew.

Almost done with treatment and were still super happy. They are always super accommodating when my son needs wires adjusted. Twice in the last 3 days!

Customer service from the first phone call was informative and efficient. Day one Stephanie answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome! Dr. Mike and Bianca moved seamlessly like a well oiled machine to install my braces in record time, with no pain! I noticed how happy all the employees were. The patients ranged from all ages with one thing in common, a smile.

The Koslowski team is outstanding. The entire staff is fantastic. From the desk, to the techs, to the docs, all professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Outstanding personalities, first rate customer service, and trustworthy patient care.

The absolute BEST !!!! Took my 11 yo daughter in for her consultation and we were able to come up with a plan of action quickly! She left with braces that day !!!!! She was so eager and excited and the staff was great with helping her get what she needed to feel confident about her smile. We also got a great affordable warranty and payment plan on her retainer !!!!

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for you. I became a new patient as of last Friday, Feb. 3rd. With anything new, for me anyway, comes a bit of trepidation… NOT SO!! I have never been so warmly received in my lifetime! My Christine could not have been sweeter or more helpful. She can help name the other people whom I saw, my consultant, 3D model maker and the scheduler who set up my next appointment and warmly sent me on my way home. Everyone was so embracing, helpful and clearly loved their jobs. My experience was wonderful!

Kozlowski Orthodontics has been so helpful and attentive to my girls, graduates of Phase 1 braces 2018 & 2019. Anytime we called for an emergency visit, Koz staff would get us in that very same day!!! Plus, their New London and East Lyme locations and affordable payment plans helps patients and their families tremendously.

Great experience! from walking in and being greeted by friendly staff to a clean and inviting environment. I went in for a consult, the process was easy and I was made to feel very comfortable. Also, everything was explained to me in a way that I could grasp and they where so flexible and helpful coming up with a payment that worked for my family. Really glad I chose this office for my care.

My journey with aligners started with a not so pleasant experience with smile direct club (I pretty much thought my front tooth was going to fall out). After that, I was convinced that there was no way my smile and my teeth would ever look the way I wanted them to. Kozlowski was recommended to me by a friend and I figured why not. I definitely went in skeptical but by the end my teeth looked better than I ever could have imagined. When they didn’t move the way they were supposed to, the team at Kozlowski made sure that I got new aligners that could correct my teeth until I was happy. Im incredibly thankful for the experience that I had here and would recommend them to everyone!

I highly recommend Kozlowski Orthodontics in CT if anyone is ever looking to correct their teeth. After going to several different orthodontists in my life who all told me I would need to have jaw surgery to correct my jaw, they were able to fix it using elastics and no surgery.
All of the staff at Kozlowski are so friendly and make every experience a good one.

Every year I bring my son into get a custom mouth guard made for lacrosse. We have tried store brought ones but they don’t compare to the custom one. It fits so much better and my son forgets he even has it in. We love going to Kozlowski. Before every season we come in, the staff is so wonderful.

“Dr. Koz” and his team saved my smile, quite literally, after the inattention and carelessness of a general dentist adversely altered my gum line, and left my teeth severely offset, acutely loose, and barely hanging on to the jaw bone. Other orthodontists wouldn’t even work with me for fear that any further movement of my teeth might cause them to fall out. I felt like a toothy monster, freaking out and depressed, and then I found Dr. Koz.

Not only did Dr. Koz have the skill set and competency to take on my case and safely move my teeth back to a point where the threat of losing them is no longer a concern, he did so with great compassion (I was a hot mess at the time) and professionalism. I always loved my smile, and I can finally love it again thanks to Dr. Koz. There aren’t enough stars.

The facility itself is stunning! Complete with massage chairs, a coffee bar and video games in the waiting room! They use the most state of the art and up to date technology there is! I was amazed by how beautiful the scans of my very ugly teeth were! I went in for an evaluation after years of wanting a second shot at braces and got them put on the same day. Every single person that works here is AMAZING- attentive, genuine, funny, and legitimately excited to have their patients. I would honestly be friends with any of them. I also really loved the open floor plan versus the standard closed off, individual rooms. Being surrounded by other patients calms the anxiety so much because you can physically feel that you aren’t alone. The sliding scale payment plan is a huge deal to me as my dental insurance does not cover braces in any capacity. I was shown that paying for these all on my own is totally manageable and I could not be more grateful. Absolutely everything about my first visit left me speechless, I have never been so impressed by anything in my life. So so so excited to go on this journey with Kozlowski!

It was such a wonderful experience for my daughter! The staff was so energetic and always made her feel welcomed. They took the time to explain each step of her treatment. They made the whole braces experience for her enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Every aspect of this office is amazing. The staff are all in uniform with smiles on their faces. The treatment coordinator was so easy to work with when taking pictures of my young children. They engaged the children in the process by showing them the xrays and explaining what needed to be fixed in simple terms. And the doctor was so amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and detailed on a plan that was comfortable for me but more importantly for the kids.

I say it time and time again, the best experience ever. They make me feel like a part of the family, everyone is kind and very professional. They always tell you everything about your treatment every step of the way, and everyone is well educated on the treatment plan before they get to the seat.

They were wonderful. They communicate not only to me, the parent, but also to my daughter, the patient, making sure she understood everything and was ready for braces.

They are so friendly and helpful. Very understanding of broken brackets and warm and welcoming.

As a first time visitor, I was extremely impressed! The office itself was very welcoming, the staff was both friendly and knowledgeable! Our consultation went great, and our son is now at ease regarding the transition to braces...and I can't even begin to say how genius the Reward program is!!! What a fabulous incentive to help kids learn about responsibility and hard work! I was actually quite pleased with this entire experience!
