Guardian Storage

I have to say one day into my rental and already super impressed!! The rates WILL beat anything around especially for what you get for security, 24x7 access, and very clean units. I also had an issue with my code, I contacted after hours support and they were kind, friendly, and super helpful. I also really appreciate the ease of signing up and online payment system.

Guardian Storage has been great for our long term storage. Grounds are always clean & well kept, staff is great and quick to respond to any questions I have had. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for storage in the Helena area.

Great storage facility. Love renting online. When we arrived stuff was in our unit. They had it cleaned out in an hour for us. Nice easy transaction.

It's ok hard to maneuver large uhaul trucks or trailers the buildings are tightly fitted.

They take your money online, but don't provide a code apparently. Figured I'd get access once I paid. One of the links had a seven digit number after "gate access/agreement#", which I figured would be the code , so I loaded up a truckload and when I got there I was unable to get in to unload it. So I had to go back and unload it, and wait until the weekend was over until I could finally speak with someone to get a code. Never had a problem renting a unit online elsewhere. Rental agreement says I'm getting charged for today, but doesn't provide anything but wasted time and frustration in return.
