The comments below are based on my 15 years of first hand experience residing on a property managed by Northeast Property Group.

The property is run very well. Everything seems to happen automatically with very little interaction required by the residents. All the maintenance that is required just happens. We receive timely notification for everything from pressure washing to when weed killer is put on the lawns. In 15 years I made one request to have a broken parking lot light repaired. The repair was completed in less than 48 hours after request. The funny thing is I never had to make another request for the lights to be repaired. All lights are always lit. I know those bulbs don't last forever so someone must be keeping an eye on the lighting.

If you who read this take a few minutes to read through the Northeast Property Group website. The time spent will give a very accurate representation of Northeast Property. I can say from my own 15 years of experience that the Northeast Property website is a very accurate representation. It's a good company run by good people.

The staff and our manager Pete take a sensible approach to customer service. They care, have good systems in place to keep track of the daily needs of our community and have skin thick enough to deal with a steady flow of people's complaints and other issues. It’s been a pleasure working with Scott from North East Properties Group. This is my first time renting a house and he’s making what I thought would be stressful very easy. He’s always available when needed and very open to bouncing ideas to get the best product and how some fine tuning should be done. If he’s not available he’ll communicate and let me know when he is.

When it comes to contract writing and I asked should we add this, he’s always one step ahead of me and makes sure I’m covered. I recommend everyone looks to reaching out tho North East Properties Group and have a conversation and it’s very easy to know they’re the right ones.

Rope Ferry Commons is managed by Northeast Property Group, Chris Myers is our property manager. I have been on the Board of Directors since 2016, seven years in total. From the first time I contacted Chris, and every time after, he has always been very responsive to my requests. He prioritizes the important requests (such as leaks, plumbing emergencies, hazards on the property) immediately. The non-urgent requests are managed appropriately, reflective of the nature of the request. NPG recently started using an Online Portal for making payments, updating personal & payment info and for submitting maintenance requests. The new Portal is easy to use and has been a great addition to managing the property.
Chris does an excellent job managing our financials and all the paperwork involved in managing this property. He communicates regularly with Board Members, asks for direction, and often takes the brunt from Owners, for conducting the Board’s directives. A lot happens behind the scenes to get from point A to point B, that few people have visibility into. Chris is a professional and an experienced property manager who guides the Board of Directors skillfully, always using good judgment.

They've done a great job addressing problems quickly. Only downfall is we have no where to park as tenants of northeast property in norwich.we are only allowed to park here for two hours between 7 and 4 ,that's total for the day .I've talked to the city and said it is my landlords problem? Idk if this is true or not.but other then that we love it

Our Condo Association has been using Northeast Property group for years. They provide all the services we need, from book keeping and bill paying, to getting us the best rates for Insurance and contracting. Our representative is available 24/7 and addresses even the smallest issues with professionalism and efficiency. She keeps us organized and on topic at monthly meetings and offers great suggestion for community building. Northeast Property group employees are always available in their local office to handle any request. They feel like family. Our Association runs very smoothly and our community feels respected with Northeast Property Group managing things for us. We have worked with Northeast Property Group for two years. Kristin is our Property Manager has done an excellent job. Kristin is on-site weekly to meet and discuss any concerns with residents. Kristin also attends all of the HOA meetings and meets with the contractors to review proposals along with the HOA Board. We are very pleased with the level of professional services received and follow up from Northeast Property Group and Kristin. We have recommended the Northeast Property Group Team to other condo/properties as a management team.

I/we have been working with Northeast Property Group for a number of years with Kristin as our Property Manager, Deb and Isabella which all have done an excellent job. Kristin is on-site or a phone call away when needed to meet and discuss any concerns with BOD and residents. Always are very pleased with the level of professional services received and follow up from Northeast Property Group especially from Kristen.
Kristen surely knows what vendors and contractors work best for our needs.

I’ve worked with several Property Management Companies in my 24 years in business and the folks at Northeast Property Group are a pleasure to work with and for. They are attentive to their clients needs and requests. Their attention to detail in maintaining properties to the highest standards is what one would expect when choosing a professional maintenance company to handle the daily issues of a busy property owner. NE Property Group does a great job of providing Rope Ferry Commons HOA the structure and support the owners need to manage our community.
They do a great job of keeping our Board of directors informed and abreast of ever changing laws and regulations of condo communities.
Part of their duties is to enforce our rules established under our bylaws.
In doing the enforcement, often offenders get angry and attack the management company. NE Property Group, keeps their cool and resolves the issues, along with keeping our Board Members informed.
They are a very professional resource and we look forward to a great future working together for Rope Ferry Commons community.

My wife and I moved into our condo approximately eight years ago. We immediately got involved with the community and the Board. As a member of the community we have been very pleased with the response of Northeast in dealing with any issue we needed addressed with or unit. As a member of the Board and past president, I have been very pleased with the efforts made on our behalf with our vendor contract negotiations, book keeping, condo industry standards and overall guidance. We have had two Northeast Property Managers over my tenure on the Board. Each of them brought the necessary skills and professionalism in assisting us in managing our association. I would strongly recommend this organization and have to others.

I retired and moved to Clark's Hollow Condominium in Niantic CT. a little over 2 years ago. Lori Moore and Northeast Properties are our management company. I just recently joined the board. Lori has been extremely responsive to every request we make. You could not ask for a better person to work with. She attends all our meeting, coordinates contractors follows up on work done and our satisfaction with the that work. During the COVID Quarantine period she has organized and set in place "Go To Meetings" so we could work throughout the pandemic without a hiccup. I highly recommend Lori and Northeast and think it would be difficult to find someone better, more cheerful or responsive to all our needs.

Serving as the Vice President of my condo association I work hand in hand with one of the property managers, Kristin A. Pettazzoni, and she has been fantastic. Constantly looking out for what is best for our association, she has saved us money (In the thousands) and repeatedly been reliable at all hours of the day when we needed her. Kristin is a tireless worker and her attention to detail is second to none. As long as she’s involved as a property manager I know we’ll be in good hands. Highly recommended.
