land for kids is wiped down frequently

forever it seems. That says a Lot .

The facility is clean. The food is good and hot. They always get our order correct. For a busy McDonalds, the line moves pretty good. For some reason, they have the best Coca-Cola!!

I HAVE TO GIVE 5 ⭐. Not always a 5 ⭐ experience I know.

For an inner-city McDonald's, they are one of the best I have been to. They take care of the kids getting out of high-school in the afternoon, and the local customers like they really care about their community. Its not just about serving a burger, they reflect the desire to make people feel welcome and valued.

I visited this location on January 3, 2023 around 2:45. The people working that shift had it together. It was busy and they still demonstrated excellent customer service and the food was made with care. Love that.

11:00 pm on 11/19/22 the line was around the building and this crew was knocking out orders faster than I've ever seen. Awesome job to that crew! I hope someone let's them know what an awesome job they were doing.

I just wanted to say that when Gwen is at the drive thru everything goes so smoothly. She’s kind, respectful, helpful, patient and all around great with customer service. You need to hire more Gwen’s!!

New building. Everything nice and shiny. All was good, but I can't help but think that McDonald's customer base is shifting from kid's heaven to a geriatric zone. Most of the customers I see are 60, and way beyond. Half of this newly done store is a kid Play place, and that had one three year old in it. Seems money would be better spent with half of that space catering to old folks, with old music and perhaps old people trivia on a screen to make them feel smart. They could watch the kids play too.

McDonald's is the most convenient place to pick up food when you lack the time do make or just wanted something to junk on. Compare to other burger joints, the mass of the patty corresponds to that of the buns', along with its other topics. The fries are cooked well enough so that it tastes good both when hard and soft, with the right amount of salt to give it its flavor. Its chicken is given the right amount of crisp and crunch, while still containing tons of meat within. When craving something sweet, the desserts deliver that criteria. With all things considered, McDonald's is the place for wanting happy meals.

I only comment on the great coffee where none is to be found nearby, while waiting for a car to be serviced at the nearby MJ Sullivan dealer. Watch out for the same side sidewalk if on foot. Typical New London, a disaster waiting to happen for pedestrians. One really big depression you could fall into if not paying attention.

This location is the best! The managers are knowledgeable and experienced. The employees are kind and curtious. My husband Harry has had a stroke and forgets the same breakfast order every day. They all make sure he gets his order correct! You just don't see this anymore anywhere. My deepest graditude to the staff and managers.

Very nice staff ! I appreciate them having lemons for My iced tea! I no longer go to Dunkin Donuts as they stopped providing them .

The place was slow then a big crowd came through. The mgr and staff were very effective and friendly while taking good care of customers on Saturday night 8/31. Good job.
