Had a great experience. I was a bit lost where to look and was promptly greeted by an employee that helped me find what I was looking for! I found exactly what I came for and she helped me pick the best one. I had a great experience and loved the layout and all the products I could test on my skin before purchasing. The woman at the checkout helped me and even told me about a deal I qualified for. She was so helpful and told me about the app, rewards and gave me some extra info about tue products I bought. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I'm pleased with my purchase.

I love going to Ulta, because the team that works there goes above and beyond to be helpful and provide amazing customer service. All of the staff working during my visit this afternoon/evening were amazingly kind and helpful to me. Thanks so much!!

I took my daughter to the salon for a cut and deep conditioning treatment. Her hair is naturally very curly and it was the first time since moving to Montana that the stylist new how to cut her hair. Amanda, thank you!!! She's very happy with the cut.
The stylist, Amanda, was very friendly and helpful. We've already scheduled her next appointment. Cost wise, it was worth every penny, and for the results, the $70 cut was well worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

First time shopping there but will definitely be a regular! All employees were super helpful and very friendly! It seems like this would be a great and fun place to get a job for a teenager or someone with a 9-5 looking for a side job. Thanks to everyone @Ulta for being so awesome!!

My 12 year old daughter has a surprise appointment today in 14 minutes and I have to work a longer day than expected. I called Ulta to let them know that I wanted to surprise her with this appointment. Shania and Neve jumped on board with me to make up an excuse as to why she is there so we can still surprise her!!! They went above and beyond for my baby and for that, we are Ulta ladies for life!! I can’t even put into words how grateful I am!!💕

All your make up nail and hair needs in one store! Employees always ensure you get everything you need

I went in knowing I would need to replace my makeup. I went out of town for 10 days and ended up loosing my makeup bag. I don't use a lot of makeup, so I am totally lost when buying this kind of stuff. The retail manager was the one who helped me. (Alexis, I believe). She was very patient with me to help me find what I needed. I was very appreciative. And I am glad to have some makeup again.

I love the staff here they are always willing to help me with my silly makeul questions. Even when I am looking for costume makeup they find exactly what I am after.

Ultra always is sleek and clean looking, displays set out nice but not overwhelming tight when you walk in. The service is amazing and the staff that works the floor is helpful but not too overstimulating or annoying. I can always find what I want and/or need (and what it didn't need) there never having to leave and go elsewhere making my retail therapy more enjoyable.

I Love the people at Ulta. They know me by name when I enter the store. Even if I'm considering a purchase, they direct me away from it if it's not right for me. Their suggestions have been right for me. If the product is not right for me, or if it's only that I don't like it, they take it back, no questions asked! I purchase all of my supplies there since they have a great rewards system with their card. They absolutely know their business!

Very friendly sales people. Kind and informative, if you ask about a product they will kindly show you exactly where it is. Lots of different types of health and beauty aids. Plus the salon is great. It is an inviting atmosphere. I will go back and buy from them my beauty supplies.

Really nice employees! She was awesome at helping me find what I was looking for in my budget. It felt non judgmental and refreshing. The Ulta eyeliner is also impressive! It lasts all day

By the time I'm headed out the door I feel ridiculously fabulous and uplifted. I feel great even though now I'm broke. Yep every penny. It's worth it too.

I've been to this store twice, once to purchase and once to return. Both times, the staff members were exceedingly friendly, helpful, and quick. But, if you order something from the website and are given the choice of choosing a free sample or letting them choose it for you, choose it yourself. I have a very feminine first name and they sent me beard oil.

The workers are extremely friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and organized. Love the variety of stuff you can get here.

Always a great trip when I come in, products I love, amazing staff and I spend way more than I intend but it's always worth it

The service was spectacular and the products sold at their store was high class. The new gal from Chicago had a very in depth knowledge of seemingly every product.

I live in Butte, so no ULTA :( I ran out of my favorite foundation and they were out of stock online, so I called the store in Helena. Wendy went out of her way to help me find a different brand for now and told me about the shade finding app! Thank you !!
