Service was terrible the first time I called; the lady who answered was very rude and I was discouraged about going there. However, when I finally went to my first appointment 6 months later, I was very happy with my choice of care. Dr. Haney is very kind and easy to talk to, and he is incredibly intelligent when it comes to psychiatry. I trust his decisions about my medication 100%, and the treatment been very helpful.

Highly recommend Dr. Haney, through out the years I've been there they have gone out of their way to help me and my family.

Time for him to retire. Went there because he was close & my other Dr closed his office. I had been on meds for 6 yrs & was doing fine. He decided I needed a change & used me for a Guinea pig. Called twice weeks ago, never got a call back. Called again today and tried to make an appt, and the lady who worked there was immediately not only extremely rude to me, but insinuated that I was trying to abuse the system by trying to book an appointment with a doctor now (though this doctor isn't available until a few months from now). Can't speak about the service, but don't even try calling, because they're not going to be very helpful or fast.

Extremely rude when the woman finally answered the phone. Even if they were taking new patients I would NOT go there. Definitely in it for money. Not very caring
