McDonald's

Went through drive thru quick service. Had Big Mac Meals fries were hot. Only complaint there was so much lettuce on the sandwiches we could have made a salad. Someone was in a hurry it seemed.

From kiosk ordering to the touch-free bathroom fixtures, to the play structure, and the variety of seating you will find improvements at every level. Familiar staff, including super-friendly Elizabeth, will make sure you feel well cared for. Well done!

There are still people who know how to deliver exceptional customer service. The guy taking money at the drive through was energetic with such a positive attitude. Keep him!

The floor was a little on the dirty side. but staff was working hard and friendly. I know places are working short staffed. Food was fresh and hot.

Good McDonald's. They're 9.5/10 for getting meals right, which is more than the average fast food joint!

Fast and efficient for as busy as they were.
Just make sure you ask for ketchup, it doesn't come with the fries. I would also recommend the app for deals.

I was in town for a visitation and staying in Boone within a hotel has the celebration of life is tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. in Ogden. And it was late nothing open in this town except McDonald's they were awesome. I asked if they had fresh french? The man that took my order made me fresh french fries it was the best McDonald's I've had in ages. Hands down bones McDonald's wins.

I've been 5 times over the last 2 months working out here, haven't gotten anything cold. Even when I drove 15 minutes home, the fries were hot. Top tier props to the lady running the drive-through window today.

Boone Iowa McDonald’s

I did drive through today with my grandkids during the noon hour. It was busy and there was a little wait but expected. This time was different. The gal taking the order was very pleasant and easy to understand. The money guy was very efficient. The guy that handed me my food had a smile and was friendly and my order was correct. Way to go Boone Iowa McDonald’s.
Oh and food was really good. Thank you.

There is a new gentleman working there who runs the drive thru! He is always so happy, positive and funny! The guy needs a raise for all that hard work. I will always come back to this location just to hear him through the speaker. #GreatCustomerService

Very ckean atmosphere along with great food nd service. Manager Elizabeth is the best makes sure she touches base with all her customers that sit in and eat couldnt ask for a better service. Love it we rate it at 5 stars!!!

This is positively the best McDonald's I have ever been to. Even the hash brown wasn't a grease trap like all other McDonald's. And no gut rot after eating either which is awesome. Keep up the good work.

we came thru drive thru. The line was busy but moving well. Employee on mic. was friendly, helpful and got everything right.

We used the mobile app. The line for the drive through was a bit long so I was prepared to wait. We’re actually didn’t wait very long. They apologized for the wait and even gave us extra fries!
