Walmart Supercenter

We had the pleasure of having Lily help us today at self checkout. She was the sweetest person not only to me but to my son. She kept him occupied while I was checking out. She definitely went beyond any other employee there. Thank you so much Lily for making mine and my son's experience one to remember! ❤

Employee Vickie J. is the best checker Walmart has. She greets everyone with a smile and is friendly with everyone. She even makes sure you have all your shopping bags. She definitely deserves 5 stars!

Truckers...we were out of drive time. This Walmart allows 24 hour parking in the back at the garden center. Because that area isn't busy in winter, they let us knock out a 34 and we got our shopping done and rented a couple redox movies. Very nice of them.

I've always had very nice, friendly staff bring my orders to the car at both Ames locations and Boone. Thank you

I just wanted to comment on April that was in the back. I know that she doesn't work the floor, but came out and helped me with the items that I needed. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you very much for the opportunity to let me inform you about her. It was the store in Boone, IA. Great job.

Boone walmart.....I had a experience at self check out..long story on.malfunction..... Cashier Mary T. Is absolutely the best customer service person I have seen in years... if there is an award to be Givin.....I would nominate her.... 5 stars for allowing trucks to park while shopping. Read reviews that they don't bother trucks who park overnight as well. Truck drivers, please keep Walmarts clean! They have trash cans everywhere for your trash! USE THEM!!!

Our go to place for toiletries, paper goods, personal hygiene items and pharmacy products. Easy in and out. Especially like the self checkout. I can bag my products the way I want them. Staff always seems to be friendly.

Although this Walmart is small, they are always stocked and it's always clean. The staff is nice and I really love their Walmart pick up because I've never waited more than 5 minutes to get my groceries.

Read all the low reviews to see how pointless a review system can be. Most of them sound like they wandered away from the conspiracy nut short bus or they’re complaining because their special need isn’t met that 99% of the population are completely unaware of because it doesn’t matter to most of us. Google really should police reviews to make sure the reviews are actually related to the business.

This Walmart is no worse or better than other Walmart’s. They follow the standards set by corporate leadership to give shoppers a consistent experience just like every other nation wide business.

Clean store, staff is friendly ad wear masks. Parking lot is clean, and the store has easy access to the highway. They are not 24 hours though. Free hand sanitizer and masks upon request. Most items are kept stocked, but the store brand soda can sometimes be scarce

Very convenient location! Can always find what I need. And, even though they don't have a lot of fresh seafood, they usually always have steelhead trout! Don't forget the butter or garlic though!

Just a quick in and out stop to pick up toy for my grandson . Was taking things I picked up earlier for new granddaughter that should be arriving in about a month and didn't want him to feel left out with everyone fussing over the new baby that's coming.

It took forever to get out of Walmart. Due to the fact we had to take grandma too. She had to get a few items from Walmart & we were there forever!!!

Nice selection and very clean, put stuff could be more helpful in finding things. There were several staff members I've asked for help finding something and they all replied with the same answer sorry this is not my department I don't know you'll have to find someone from this department. So it's a great store to shop at if you know where everything is otherwise you'll be walking around for hours looking for one thing because none of the staff members work in any of the departments to help you look for it. Along the way though I can say you will see some pretty cool things and see a great selection of things that you don't need and put them in your cart because they're so cute and even my end up with just that stuff and not even get the thing you came for because you may never even find it LOL
