Very knowledgeable and helpful getting me sent out the door with everything I needed for a fraction of the price I thought. She dealt with at least 4 other customers while with me and I barely waited a second beyond things loading. They were both very busy today too and handled it very well.

Anthony was incredibly helpful. We walked in with a need to upgrade my phone. Immediate, Anthony was welcoming and accommodating. He went over every last detail regarding how our monthly bill would look and also gave thoughtful suggestions.

My very old phone had died. I ended up with a new phone and they helped me walk thru the setup, didn't just send me out with new hardware and tell me to call the Verizon number to have someone help with the software. Truly full service and it was much appreciated!

I purchased a new iPhone 15 today at the Waverly, IA Verizon location. Tony made the process so easy and quick. I always enjoy working with Tony. He is very knowledgeable and personable. A great Verizon employee. Thank you!

Shafia is amazing! She is knowledgeable, professional, and super nice. She has helped me twice in the past few month and her customer service is top notch!

Shafiya did an amazing job. She helped us reduce our bill so both my husband and I could upgrade phones and even upgrade my Apple Watch for the same amount of money. The store became very crowded at one point and she remained very calm and courteous to each customer. Shedefinitely knows what she’s doing and my husband and I were exceptionally pleased.

. Amber assisted me with my billing questions in a very polite yet informative way. She had a good attitude and knew where to go and what to do in a speedy but efficient manner. She also found me a way to save money on my future monthly bills. I'll definitely ask for her next time I visit the Verizon Waverly Iowa store. Great job Amber!

Was greeted quickly after entering store. Anthony pointed us in the right direction for accessories we needed and even asked if he could apply the liquid glass on our screens for us! Very helpful.

Amber was quick, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. I went over to be mobile in Waverly to check out the different devices and offers they had for my account and I never once got confused, frustrated, or otherwise agitated. She was extremely helpful and even aided me in applying the screen protector to the watch I purchased. I would give 10 stars but that isn’t an option.
