My Girlfriend tried to cash a very important check here today and was running low on time but still made it 15 minutes before close and turns out they decided to close early with no one in the building !!! So now she can’t eat anything or pay her bills tomorrow!!!
Just can’t fathom this!!

The people here are so extremely rude. They act as though i am putting them out just to withdrawl or deposit funds. They never ask for identification to withdrawl money! They dont even provide a receipt for the transaction half of the time. I want to withdrawl all of my funds and close all the accounts I have at this bank. We were thinking about buying another house. We will NOT be using this bank for a mortgage loan thats for sure!

Billed $5 a month for not wanting to do online banking. Glad boone has other banks to go too.
