I visited the store with my wife. Dave was very personable and knows about what would work best for my feet. He was very informative about the follow up features of the store, himself and his staff.

I went to this Red Wing store to get boots. After my experience in the store I felt like I made a new life long friend. Josh was my salesperson and he was highly informative and passionate with me. Really great service with getting the best boots for my work. I have gone here over the years and have not had a bad experience. I learned yesterday that I need to lace up my boots differently to keep my heel from rubbing. They really know what they are talking about and selling.

I went into the red wing store looking for a durable pair of work boots. I was greeted with five-star customer service. The worker was knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and got me into a premium pair of boots. He helped inform me about proper boot care, and I was nothing but pleased with my transaction that red wing.

First and foremost, I absolutely love this location & their employees! I am a flip flop, sandal & heel kind of young lady, so I struggled with selecting a pair of work boots before finding this location. A Red Wings employee name Josh at this location was beyond patient, knowledgeable, hard working and funny. Josh demonstrated true knowledge and answered all of my questions without any hesitation. I am super indecisive and tend to ask 1,000 of questions before I purchase anything, which I know can annoy some salespeople. Josh didn’t mind it AT ALL! Instead he made my shopping experience at this location one of the best, because it was filled with laughter and lots of insight! Josh spoke so highly about the location that he works at, about his boss, as well as how much he loves doing what he does there. He did an AMAZING job selling me my first pair of boots. Because of him, I definitely will be returning back to this location and will encourage others to check it out as well! I went to two other Red Wing locations/other boot stores before and have NEVER experienced this quality of customer service, patience and knowledge. His goal wasn’t to sell me the most expensive pair of boots. His goal was to sell me the best pair of boots that fit/feel right to ME! Whatever feels the most comfortable, go with were his words! Incredible experience. Dave took my beat up unloved Iron Rangers and breathed life right back into them. I haven't seen them look this nice in years. I wear my boots pretty rough and now, you might not know it. This was done for free, the process was explained, and there was no pressure to buy any product. I will be wearing these to my sister's wedding tomorrow.

Ohhhhhhhh yeaaaaaaaa just found out about this place yesterday got some killer boots feel amazing I have a reconstructed metal ankle foot and parts of leg and the boot fits amazing was a little tight at first but the assistant skipped a loop and I then walk thru the heaven gates at that moment 😂 and please ask if the assistant got any new jokes 😂😂😂 I left with a big smile and some new feet 10 out of 10 pricey but very worth it il never shop another place for boots again 🙏🏾🥂 we should get some wounded Vets discounts going bc il be using you guys quite a bit since I wear boot casual dress and for work 🙌🏾

Best shopping experience I’ve had in years … maybe ever. I’ve been wearing Red Wings for years, so I went in knowing what I was looking for, but the owner Dave still blew me away.

He took one look at my (standard width) boots and told me I definitely needed a wide; I can’t even remember if I told him my size before he showed up with the boots I needed.

It’s going to be a couple weeks before they’re broken in, but just having the right size makes them more comfortable than all the other boots I’ve had over the years!

We have been looking for a particular Red Wing Boots for about 6 months with no luck. We finally decided to drive 3 hours away in hopes to find a pair within the 4 stores around the St Louis area. We went to two stores before going to this one and found a pair at the first store but no real help from the salesman. We tried the second store because we weren't sold on the pair we got and didn't have any luck with the salesman there either. We made it to this store where we were greeted right away by Josh. He was knowledgable and very attentive to our needs. You could tell he genuinely cares about his customers and makes sure they are 100% satisfied before they walk out the door. He could have gave up many times but continued to help answer any questions we had.

We will definitely make the 3 hour trip to this store to see him for any of our future boot needs.

Josh you will never know how much we greatly appreciate your dedication and customer service! It made the trip well worth it.
