The actual MOVERS (Jerry and his crew) were awesome!!! Extremely efficient, handled items with care and very respectful……

However Allied sales person (yes they are salesman) called/text daily until we signed on the contract and practically radio silence. I would say staff was polite however lacked flexibility
Would use Allies again

Overall a very positive experience and would definitely recommend. We had an issue with truck not being able to have all of our belongings on the same truck due to other customer being over and our items also ???being over despite in home estimate…this was important to me from prior moving experiences and was a little
stressful but it all worked out (and now that we have unpacked most everything… there did seem to be excess packing materials used…) all that said, the movers, drivers, packers and most everyone I dealt with were very professional (and even better they were kind and just good people) and helped make our move as seamless as a move cross country around the holidays could be. The couple that were in charge of packing and primary moving were truly amazing and Sandy from the home front side of operation was a gem. No plans to move again long distance anytime soon but would absolutely use you again. Extra props for figuring out how to get up steep drive in our new home. Direct Communication is key in a long distance move…and at least in our experience Allied has that part well figured out.

The estimator was spot on and gave me an estimate of $2,000 less than a sister competitor. Jerry and Jake, the actual movers, could not have been more efficient, friendly, and accommodating. Moving is a bear, but everyone I worked with made it as pleasant as possible.

Our movers, Shane and Tony, were the gold standard. Efficient, hard working, great communication, and timely. Moving isn’t very fun, but having Shane and Tony made it great.

Small shipment packed in St Louis and delivered to Philadelphia, larger shipment packed, stored, and delivered to Dallas. Every step of the way the service was outstanding.

Driver Jonathan was very cordial and friendly. Focused on making our moving experience as easy as possible, which he achieved. All our belongings arrived in excellent shape. We were given a delivery date that was very fast and he made it easily. I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to others. Jonathan was very professional and cared about us and our belongings.
