One of the hottest days this year and the air conditioner quit working. I called them and they were at the house in less than 2 hours. Blower motor had quit working. It's been replaced in less than an hour! Thank you Brian for your quick response.

Needed a natural gas line ran for a gas range in our kitchen.

I called them to install a hydrant out by horse pasture and they estimated it at $300
Which was fine with me— I had to wait for three weeks before they supposedly found time for me they had the audacity to charge me $450 instead and leave a God awful mess!!
When I finally decided to contact another plumber, then this loser shows up on the same day, after waiting for three weeks,so I canceled the other out—and wished I hadn’t
These people get no more business from me ever!!
And the people that recommended him to me in the first place are embarrassed that they ever did!!

Called to make an appointment FOUR times and still waiting to hear back... that was a month and a half ago. Could’ve at least called to tell me they couldn’t do it instead of just ignoring me. Lady was super unprofessional on the phone, too. Will not ever use, not even in a bind.
