Turkey Ridge Wildlife Area

It's a little walk to the Quarry. But totally worth it. It has the clearest an well maintained water with good largemouth an bluegill fishing. As hard as it Is to stay out of the water they don't want people swimming in the Quarry belive me I kno got a ticket once or twice.... they do certification for scuba diving out there because of the water clarity an depth I kno its at least 90 feet in a spot or 2. All an all its a beautiful place to chill an fish or walk around its nice for a reason just do your part an take trash with ya.

Nice place. It seems pretty quiet the couple times I’ve visited. The small parking lot and walk can be a deterrent for some. Last time I was on the county conservation website they had a map where brush piles/pallet structures had been place for fishing.
