My husband works for this company! They been nothing but amazing! They helped us with the cost of relocation after my husband got out of the Navy and they have AMAZING BENEFITS! They take good care of their employees and offer so many opportunities for moving up the company! I know people are say this company electricity is expensive but clearly these people never lived in California! Not to mention this really is the cleanest most efficient form of energy on the market! Yeah solar is great but panels last for only so many years, then they are thrown away and are not recyclable not to mention how toxic they are to make! So all these forms of energy have some form of pollution.... just saying! I am completely satisfied as a customer and as an employee’s wife! Way to go APS you rock! ♥

aps is a big part of why I'm leaving the state of az this year, another 11% rate increase happening on top of all the garbage fees on the bills

They are the most expensive electric utility in the West. We have so much sunshine solar seems to be way better than burning coal or methane. They are overcharging solar customers because they threaten APS' monopoly on electricity. The FBI has been investigating them and I hope they help straighten this situation out for the benefit of consumers.

This company is outrages. They, meaning "APS" just increased the electric rates to their no choice customers with the explanation of being necessary to operate and innovate, only to quietly increase the dividend payments to their shareholders. Strange, is it not? I had to give a star but I rate this company a fat zero !!

How are we technologically advancing but year after year our resources are getting more expensive?? 20 years into the 21st century and people are still paying hundreds of dollars for electricity?? Capitalism should not be allowed when it comes to natural resources. Water, food, power, shelter, etc...
