Wild Rose Casino & Hotel Jefferson

Had a great time here, walked out about 300 up from what I walked in with! It was a busy Friday night and it was packed! Was a good time while visiting family in Iowa for the weekend! Would definitely go again!

Exceptionally attentive staff and management. The rib sandwich was good. Onion rings were ok, I just prefer a different onion ring (I like more actual onion inside of flaky batter).

Not a huge casino, but lots of choices of machines. Nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Staff is always friendly... Good rewards and free play! Always adding new machines and it's always very clean, the staff is on it! Hope to be back soon!

Nice little casino and food is tasty too. We come every week almost.

Had the best luck here than anywhere else I've been to for gambling entertainment.

the biggest reason I am posting this review is for a shout out to an employee who really went above the call and duty to help me. Carranza Howell checked us in on a Saturday afternoon and it really was quite busy. We were there not to gamble but to attend an engagement party being held close by.

I had a hair product that had leaked onto an article of clothing. I was able to rinse it out in the sink but it was soaking wet. I was to wear it that night and Carranza helped me dry it using the hotels linen dryer. I really didn't have another option to wear ..I was only there for the evening then home the next day. Needless say he saved me on that one.

But I also have to say this young man was super courteous and kind in all our interactions with him..and as I said they were quite busy!!!! It was refreshing to meet someone with a great attitude and so helpful....traits in short supply these days for sure.

Very clean and updated casino. Good variety of machines. Small smoking section. The rest of the area had good air quality. Will definitely be back

Was not very hopeful after reading other reviews but had a wonderful experience. Had to be paid out after being there for about 10 minutes, then had to be paid out again about 5 minutes later. Staff was very welcoming and prompt. You could tell they were busy but had us paid out quicker than any other casino we have went to. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning.

I've now made it to all 3 Wild Rose casinos. Note - each one has its own card - they aren't connected - which can be both a good and bad thing. I like the small atmosphere - very quaint. Had fun - won some money. Some dude won like $20k on a dollar bet - must be nice. Good fun establishment for some adult time!

My husband and I visited the casino to celebrate my birthday on June 18, 2022. In the mix my ID was provided and shortly after a gentleman working for the casino named Chuck came to wish me a happy birthday. The hospitality throughout the night from him was more then words could express. He simply just said thank you for choosing their casino to celebrate at and he hoped he was able to make my birthday a good night. Well he did just that! Honestly was blown away by his generosity. We will definitely travel again.
We also decided to play poker. My first time playing at a table and not an app. Lol Zachary the employee was super nice polite and patient. Thank you Chuck for making my night one I will not forget. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay quiet and clean and has a restaurant attached. The staff are also very nice!

Great atmosphere! Have fun when i go there and discovered Coaches Corner has great food!! Love the entertainment offered, great prices and thank you Wild Rose!!!
