I Love there Food and Customer Service. I am a Newbie in the Area and am always Greeted with Friendly Welcome and Smile. When I have questions Ebie is always available to help with my selection. It's so nice to know someone on a one on one level to not only place my orders but also know that I am getting what I asked for Ebie is an Asset to her Team. Blessings!

Food was delicious, service was great and the server- charming! Very short wait, but we were served chips and salsa while our meals were cooked. I also had a margarita that hit the spot!

This is a cute little spot. Food was good and fresh , regular crunchy tacos were tame on spice /heat. The Diablo chicken was very spicy and yummy served with rice, refried beans and flour tortillas. I tried a bite of the Chile relleno and it was delicious. Crispy perfect sopapillas for dessert! Our waitress was so nice although very busy . Great dinner!

This is the best place to eat in Humboldt Iowa, by far. Service is amazing. The food comes quick and the menu has plenty of variety. Atmosphere is pleasant and cheerful. Prices are great and portions are large. And the most important thing, every meal tastes amazing. You won't find a better place to eat.

Unusually high quality authentic Mexican joint. Energetic, fun, and competent staff provide quick service. Plenty of room for any size group in a decidedly fun and casual environment. Highly recommend the Hawaiian fajitas!

A friend of mine and I were traveling and not familiar with the area so asked four recommendations for a good place to eat lunch. El Sol de Mexico was highly recommended so we decided to give it a try.
Their buffet was full and inticing but we both decided to order from the menu.
We started with the cheese dip and salsa. Their salsa is fantastic! The cheese dip was very good also. I got the steak tacos and my friend got a burrito. We were both very pleased with everything and will stop in the next time we're close by.

I eat here all the time. Food is really good, and service is great. The people that work there are very nice, sometimes I get free desert. I recommend it to anyone.

This place has some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. I let the waitress pick my dinner for me. I gave her two choices and let her pick.. she nailed it.. hands down some of the best chili verde I've ever had
