Recent order was really amazing food tasted 100% how it should have been. Props They do need some more hands to help with service though but I know that’s probably a management issue. Thanks for the amazing meal!

The guy who took our order was awesome. You could tell he loves his job! I wish I could remember his name. I'm from Illinois and this is the 3rd year we have had this same restaurant location on our way home from California and they never disappoint! Be back next year :)

Fast yummy chicken. REALLY good coleslaw and biscuit. Those 3 things combine to make a delicious, albeit, messy and fall-apart sandwich.

Slow service to make food. Staff seems frazzled and stressed but were pleasant over all.

The nuggets were not available so we got the spicy tenders. And they were FABULOUS. Perfectly hot and crispy, with amazing taste. I also loved the mashed taters n Cajun gravy. We would have liked plain fries as an option to Cajun fries, but you know your regular clientele and too many options on the menu makes it hard to stay in business.

Service with a smile, as well. Thank you!

First time customer, chicken strips were good, tried wild honey mustard and BBQ sauces, both good. Mac and cheese was ok, needed more cheese. Biscuit was kind of bland, needed butter, Jelly or something to compliment. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were greeted immediately! Service was absolutely fantastic! I had ordered a special order and the male “Herbie” that waited on us went to the back and made it himself! Highly recommend!! Food was also fresh and delicious!! 🤩🤩

Very nice place to eat, very clean, not to busy while we were there but was getting that way when we left. Great change of pace from everyday fast food.

Jordan greeted us at the door. He had a wonderful positive attitude that made our stop just that much more enjoyable. I don't know what he's getting paid but dude for sure has a raise coming if management is smart.
Plus the place was clean tables and floors.

We've picked up food here a ton and it's always fantastic. Get the blackened chicken tenders, they're bomb. We've had one time where something was missing from the order, but they brought it right out to the car and we're really nice and apologized about it. I've seen some other reviews on here saying "Missing receipt and items when we received it". Seems like the delivery app is your issue as most of the reviews of people who actually went to restaurant had a great experience, like we always do. Keep up the excellent work Coralville Popeyes. We love the food, and love the service.

Well staffed and the employees are very nice and helpful. Food has always been good and never a long wait if you order on the app.

Absolutely wonderful! I had come in around 8pm and placed an order for 24 pieces of chicken and sides. Yes, we had a bit of a wait time & because the leader had to get on the cooks' as they hadn't even started the order, she gave us a couple of sodas and a piece of pecan pie. She went out of her way and was absolutely a wonderful woman who showed that her job was important and customer service meant everything! Thanks again for the wonderful food and great service!

We went inside for the first time since COVID started. Our intent was to enjoy some of the tasty chicken sandwiches we've had in our previous drive through visits and parking lot picnics. Instead, I saw a poster in the window advertising a $10 deal that includes 5 pieces, 2 sides and 2 biscuits. With two drinks added, because you know we had to have our sweet tea, we split that deal and enjoyed every bit!!
Everything was served hot and fresh!! My goodness! The 5 piece included: breast, wing, thigh, two legs - yes please! For the sides we just had to choose the Cajun Fries for one. And for the other, I decided to try the Red Beans & Rice. Talk about Yum! Everything hit the spot and then some. We even had a little to take home with us to enjoy later.
Oh, let me not forget to mention the courteous and thoughtful service we received from start to finish. The door was held for us coming in, and going out. Seating was ready and clean. Ordering was friendly and easy. Our food was brought to our table with warm hospitality and plenty of honey and butter (thoughtful add for our biscuits).

Friendly staff. I came through for a sweet tea while waiting for a GrubHub order. I was offered a delivery from Popeyes and circled back around for the order. The PM employees were quick to complete the order and made a joke about getting food and money at the same time. I don't eat animals or their secretions so I can't judge the food but, I'm sure it's good with their speedy service. Thanks team.

The Iowa City Popeyes is everything I expect! Food was perfect. Service was friendly and even though they were swamped with customers my large order was fast and correct. Kudos to every one of the staff!

Ordered through the app and picked up my order in the drive-thru. The order was accurate and ready on time. In my opinion, tastes 10 times better than Raising Canes!

We were there for the first time to try the ghost pepper wings and we loved it.
Above all the staff was nice and polite.
