Stopped by for a few items. Not my first rodeo at this or many Lowes across the country. Though there weren’t the correct five gallon bucket lids was able to pick up a great deal on window fluid. Compared to the auto store.

In the past, had great support from staff. Regardless of the questions or needs.

Including being gifted plexiglass when staff found out what it is for. Repair a little library door for a community. There was no price on the piece.

During the attempt to get management to approve a price shared the story of the rehab process. Immediately, gifted the glass. Given the managers business card and offered to ask in the future for other donations.

Over the years regardless of the need during visits, staff have taken good care of requests.

The Coralville Lowe’s is always well organized and stocked. The prices are average, doesn’t make me cringe getting items but also not a discount store. I love that they offer a military discount, I have developed a strong loyalty to Lowe’s because of that. I also like their pet policy allow you to bring your dog. I like what Lowe’s is doing and will continue to shop there.

I go here a lot for plants, home repair and improvement items, tools, and wood for projects. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They usually always have what I need and at a reasonable price.

Fantastic service. Three workers asked me if I needed help when I was within earshot. Really nice and knowledgeable people .

Lowe's in Coralville, IA, definitely came through for me. I was on the hunt for a 15-foot Green Outdoor Light Duty Extension Cord, and let me tell you, they had it right there, easy to find and at a price that made my wallet happy. The store was well-organized, which helped me get in and out quickly. Seriously, why waste time browsing when you know exactly what you need, right? Staff were friendly and knew their stuff, so thumbs up for that as well. If you're in the area and need something for your home or garden, this is the place to go. A solid five-star experience all the way!

Sure do wish that their discount program wasn't for just one sector of the population though.

Went in during a blizzard to buy a snowblower and had amazing customer service. They assembled a unit for me and even helped me load it in to the back of my SUV. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We were looking for a grill and the only one left was a display. Carol was wonderful and helped us take the sides off so we could fit it into our vehicle. Carol is very kind and knowledgeable about the products we truly appreciated her help!!

Can usually find exactly what I need here without having to ask for help, every aisle is marked very well. Always people available to help if you do need it.

Otherwise, the employees here are somewhat accommodating 😉 with helping customers in specific departments.

Lowes always has interesting trees I don't see at other stores. Got a Bonfire Peach Tree one yr...it blooms white/pink in the spring...amazing looking tree.

Well stocked garden depth. Had the supplies we needed today. Come on spring.

My kind of place Lowe's Home Improvement makes me feel like Tim the Tool Man every time I'm in there. And they're very helpful when it comes to needing the helping hand to find what you want or what you need.

I recently purchased window shades at the Lowe’s store in Coralville, Iowa. Most of my interactions were with Skylar. She was very professional and helped me with pricing and answered my numerous questions with grace, kindness and professionalism. I cannot say enough about how she made me feel valued as a customer. She truly love’s people. Please know that because of Skylar I did not purchase shades from another company. She’s a keeper. And so is Emma:-)

Nice clean store with very helpful staff.

This store has an excellent section. This is my first stop for all my crazy projects. Strangely the customers themselves have a good deal of knowledge to share. I have been surprised by number time I have struck up a conversation with a contractor who has given me good advice.

I received help from a young gentleman named Justin in the paint department getting a match off a really bad sample I brought in from a bracket from blinds that were painted over. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind as he tried to match the paint, and then decided that it wasn't up to his standard so he went ahead and eyeballed his own formula. Needless to say, I got it home and it matches PERFECTLY. He was 100% correct on the type of paint to use, the sheen, and then he got the color combo spot on. I literally can't tell at all where my touchups are and this is from when I painted 6 years ago. He was AMAZING! And he was busy that morning, but so responsive to everyone in line and you could just tell by his interactions that he really took pride in his work and cared about a high-quality outcome. Very glad he was there that day and able to help me. Thanks much Justin! I hope his supervisors and the local team at Lowes can see this and let him know that he did an outstanding job and it's much appreciated!

We were able to find what we looking for easily and were assisted with all of our questions. The gentleman was patient and knowledgeable, while we decided what we wanted to do. We also made appointments in another department and again very pleasant and helpful. We located what we looking for quickly and easily, due to the organization and the store is clean and clear of trash/debri. Great.

I've been to Lowe's so many times that it feels like a second home! The staff are highly knowledgeable no matter what you are working on. The store is easy to navigate. If they don't have the supplies you need (very rare,) it doesn't take them long for them to have something ordered here! Finally, the team are honest, they never felt like a used car salesmen trying to push their services on me, but they still made sure I was aware of what was offered if I was interested.

They had exactly what I needed. I used the online app to find what I was looking for and it worked great. Spent less than half an hour in the store and got all the items I needed plus some extra.
