Fareway Meat and Grocery

Very good selection. The fruit and produce is fresh and neatly displayed. You have both prepackaged and the choice to ask the butcher to personalize your request. Every employee I encountered was very polite and cheerful, plus helpful. I enjoyed grocery shopping here. I will definitely make this my go to store of choice. :)

I've been shopping there more often lately. As hyvee in town is becoming rude. Almost everyone working at fairway seems to be friendly and willing to help if you need help. I have self check out now. I tried using it for time purposes And it was not working properly for us. Without even having to ask, an employee stepped up to help me and my son. I will be starting to shop there more often.

The meat counter is lacking in customer service! I had cheese cut that i bought from the shelf and Matt didn't even put paper between the layers and now i am stuck with a pile of cheese! None of the employees behind the meat counter seem happy! I wont be back for several months and once i do ill leave a new review so hopefully things change. Edit... i went in on july 3rd and everyone seemed super happy and Cole was amazing at the meat counter! I am not sure what changes took place or if they expected me but i am pleased!!

Large improvement from the old store on Main Street. Hy-Vee doesn't even come close to fareway’s meat department. They treat their employees by giving them holidays and sundays off even when sacrificing profit. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Happy they are still going strong in this Humboldt community.

Highest quality products and extremely clean. Meat department is the best I have seen and employee's are all friendly and very helpful and go above and beyond to help you. Prices are anywhere from $.50 to $2.00 lower than competition. We don't buy food anywhere else.

We love Fareway and their great prices. They have a clean, new store; excellent Meat Dept; plenty of children's shopping baskets; small, but fresh Produce Dept; friendly staff always; some decent weekly sales; and all the basics a small hometown grocery store should offer.

They aren't open on Sundays, and close at night,but there's another 24-hr grocery store in town if you forget, it's just a lot more expensive.

Their new store has more modern restrooms & drinking fountain, too.

I like that I requested that they start carrying GT's Kombucha, which is a specialty health drink, and they got it in! Now every time I go I buy some.

Always fresh , love this store! Lots to choose from and a terrific meat counter. Friendly , helpful employees are a plus.
