A very friendly, professional place but the hearing aids don't live up to there promises. They said the hearing aids would last 30 hours and I can't get more than 13 hours of use and that is with them not connected to my phone so I could hear better when a receive a phone call which was a big selling point just as not having to worry about a dead battery. I would not have paid this kind of money if I had known this in advance.

The girls are always very helpful and friendly. They always give me fixed back up. I appreciate their service.

I needed a replacement sports keeper for my hearing aid. They quickly cleaned and checked my aid and put on a new aid at no charge.

I recieved a new hearing aid today from Abby Couse. Service from the appointment time, the ordering and fitting of the new hearing aid was fantastic! Abby was very informative, able to answer all of my questions, and caring while taking of me.

My hearing aid was not working the way it had been. I took it in and explained my situation. It was taken back and cleaned. Works like new, and I didn’t have to wait.
