Tim hoskins was a fair and honest contractor. He worked with our insurance company to get us the things we needed to get to complete the job. Definitely recommend him.

Hoskins siding and windows replaced 7 of our windows this month. They finished the job in one day. Cleaned up after themselves well and our windows are beautiful. Once the windows came in, Hoskins was very quick to get us in their schedule and showed up when they said they would. Would highly recommend for you windows project.

We just had 4 Windows installed and I cannot say enough about the beautiful job they did. The windows are beautiful inside and out. The men that worked on them were so polite and cleaned up so well when they were done. I will certainly recommend your company! Thank you

I contracted and paid in full for a door to be installed. Matt said it would be 2-3 weeks. It is now week 7. I have texted Matt a few times, once he said my door was in but he didn’t have anyone to do it. The second time he replied he would see what he could do. I have left a message with his supervisor Jenelle with no return phone call. Matt will not reply either. Update, Jenelle called me and sounded pretty sick so she apologized for not getting back to me. Tim, the owner called me and personally apologized and is making sure my work gets done in the next couple days. Hoskins does quality work but they are extremely busy and need to do a better job keeping customers informed about delays. I would use them again but am glad I’m done with contractors for awhile.

We purchased a home that Hoskins and installed the windows and sliding glass door in. The warrantee was transferred over to us when we closed on the home knowing that the windows were under warranty. 2 months have gone by and we still have not been able to look out sliding glass door or latch most of the 12 window that Hoskins said that would be warranty. I have call to talk to Matt several times about the issue. The last time I’m called to the office to talk to Matt he didn’t return my call. I had to go through the Real estate agent to get a follow up message. 2 moths have passed by and still no answers as to when the door will be fixed for safety to be able to lock our home or to be able to look our windows. Service might have been great at the time of sale, however having them stay true to their warranty seams to be an on going issue of business integrity. We are not asking for anything other then windows that are under warranty and sliding glass door to work as they should with a warranty that we felt that would cover normal everyday functions. Very concerned on the long term of why this warranty will actually do especially when the company is aware of it.
