After just six months of a bad experience with farmers insurance I converted all of my policies over to the Tom Shipp agency and I have now been with this agency for 5 years. I can sometimes be a bit high maintenance however Alyssa and Garland are genuinely patient and do an excellent job of ensuring that all my insurance needs are completely satisfied.
